The place is incredible , location , staff , service , everything for the value I am so happy I found this place and would recommend for a short or long stay . You have to try it, close to restaurants , to Shopping Mall , close to the beach and also one of not the safest area in the city
No service, no clean the room in 4 days, no counter reception, bad very bad

The room is not the same as showed in the pictures. Its very loud outside. No warmwater. As soon as i arrived i told the concierge thats not the room i booked and he told me that im right, there was a mistake in the reservation, he will inform the supervisor and i should come back the next day to change my room. The next day they told me thats the room i booked. I tried to talk with hotels.com per virtual agent and they tried to help me as good as they could but as they contacted the property they got told that i got the room i booked and everything ist fine with the booking… i would never book this hotel again… they call it a suite with partial seaview but there was no seaview, television didnt work and their wifi sucked.
By far the worst place I have stayed in Cartagena. The very first day when we got the to the hotel and as soon as we walked in the room it felt like we were in an oven. The AC unit wasn’t working and every time we left the room it will turn off. How can that be possible in a city that is always hot!!! The second day the lights kept going out and in the middle of the night and by that turning off the AC again. By the third day and forward there was no water or little water coming out from the showers or sink. Not only that you couldn’t sleep well due to all the music outside the hotel and people screaming and singing like crazy and they have the audacity to post sign saying to be silent as people are trying to sleep. There were music playing and people singing in the next rooms as well way over past midnight. I will never use this place again and I hope others don’t either. They claim in their website that they have DirecTV and other live streams but another lie. On the last day they turned off the lights and water, once that happened the AC once again was turned off making the room hot again. The only good thing was the cleaning staff, other than that everything else was the horrible. The worst of the worst place!!
Great location safe
The property is grossly over exaggerated. Location was good. The balcony iny suite was a 10x12 box.
Front desk was very accommodating upon arrival . House keeping was nice . The room was a bit on the tiny side but it was clean . We were like two peas in a pod lol . Shopping close by . We enjoyed our stay
Very good location near the beach in a quiet area. To the historic city center a few minutes by bus or a little more romantic walk along the beach. Rooms clean, cleaned every day. I was pleasantly surprised that they are equipped with a microwave and kitchen equipment.
Family place well located - close to the beach and the lake, comfortable, clean. Rooms equipped with a kitchen with microwave and cooking equipment. Air conditioning in rooms ideal for hot days. A big plus for fast internet.
