Had a wonderful stay! The hospitality was exceptional, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the service exceeded expectations. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and every detail was taken care of perfectly. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again!
What an amazing five night stay at this amazing hotel. The rooms were fresh and modern. The bathroom was beautiful! I absolutely loved the welcome tray of goodies with a hand-written note. During my stay, a floral rose petal design was left on the bed - it was such a nice touch of opulence.
The buffet breakfast was divine! The attendants were so attentive to your requests plus they were always around to make sure that your dining experience was good.
If I had a complaint, it would have to be the cheap bed slippers. Those slippers are not the Marriott way.
Everything else was absolutely beyond good.

Home away from HOME experience.
I am compelled to put the review because I am trying to connect with somebody from the hotel for my reservations made for 03 rooms and 05 nights booked through MMT and I understand its not refundable booking and as mentioned on the call with hotel team that I do not want refund but if I can get stay adjusted to other dates which is not impossible. I had called 3-4 times and all the time i was assured that i will receive call back which i didn't. Stay cost is almost INR 75-80,000 which is not small amount. Renaissance being such brand hotel and cannot do follow-up call is a Shame. I do not wish to take names on online portal to whom i connected but Hotel Management should know how their guests are treated when prepaid reservation reservations are made & later when they need any help they are neglected. I am still looking out for resolution for my reservations made. If somebody is interested to resolve pls connect on +91-7208435183
