A restful stay at a quality hotel
Pros:

The room was very comfortable with a lovely view of the racecourse. The bed was large and aircon efficient. We slept well! Staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly. Lounge access was a good bonus.

Cons:

There are renovation works around the hotel which wasn’t ideal. It wasn’t convenient to use the swimming pool whilst we were there. Drinks were very expensive.

Overall, we had a great experience staying at your hotel. We would definitely come back!
Pros:

the entire staff, from reception to kitchen, were absolutely fantastic.
The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. We requested an extra bed ( stayed with 3 adults) which was very comfortable.
Breakfast was great, with plenty of choice even if you wanted something else they would get it for you.
We had an early checkout and really appreciated the breakfast package they prepared for us.
Top-notch staff!

Excellent lunch buffet experience!
Pros:

I‘d like to convey my special gratitude for Shivankur, Shriya, Sonam, Mahendra Anjali and Ritwika for making our buffet experience truly memorable! My mom was very happy!
I would recommend adding Tiramisu to the dessert menu and more variety of ice cream!
Otherwise everything was perfect!
