Pros:

It was reliably clean & safe which is what we needed for an overnight stay while on a road trip with kids. The on-site breakfast makes everything so much easier - thank you!

Cons:

The pancakes are a great idea but the maker took forever & caused a bit of a line. Maybe have 2 of them like you do with the waffle makers at other locations??

Cons:

I was not happy with this hotel. I was never informed that the internet and the cable was out until I had paid for the evening and I was up in my room. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and honesty. I cancelled my hotel and found another hotel a few blocks away. I am still waiting for a refund.
