Pillows could be better. Made sleeping difficult.
Friendly, courteous, responsive staff.
Our hallway was being painted and the baseboard was missing. Understand that, but there were wallboard crumbles on the carpeting and orange peels by the rear door. We did not have hot water until a staff member checked the breaker box and reset a circuit. Next morning the shower was still lukewarm. Also the light over the bedroom mirror was not working.

Breakfast was very sub-standard, especially for a Hulton property. Food was cold, eggs cold, hard boiled eggs very hard and hard to peal.
Will not stay here again.

The service was wonderful! Friendly, hospitable, and very welcoming. Special shoutout to Brittney who greeted me at the front desk with a smile. Her kindness and customer service was stellar! Thank you again! The accommodations are very clean and comfortable in a safe location just off of I95 exit. More importantly, so pet friendly with plenty of outdoor walking space. Definitely did not disappoint and will return! Thank you again Tru at Hilton Fayetteville for making our stay worry free.

Felt like Bait and switch! Booking.com said pet fee for both stays was an extra 25.00 each trip. We stayed twice. When we checked in it was 75.00 per trip!! Hubby said what? They said booking.com is wrong… forced to pay as it was too late in the game to find somewhere else with a small dog! Will find another hotel next time.
