Pros:

El personal lo mejor. Uno de los jóvenes no recuerdo su nombre pero era de Venezuela un crack. Nos cambió de pieza por que escucho que no podemos cerrar bien la ventana nos preguntaba que necesitábamos todo el dia nos dio concejo de donde ir, donde no ir, donde comprar. El día que nos íbamos no fue a despertar y como era antes el viaje del desayuno el nos hizo unos pancito para el viaje. La señora que cocina igual un amor nos tuvo todos los días paciencia para hacernos las cosas como le pedíamos. De verdad un excelente lugar cerca del aeropuerto del letrero que dice Cartagena menos de una cuadra farmacia, supermercado lugares para comer. Recomiendo 100% el lugar. (El jacuzzi en la noche 100/10) ojalá volver un día. sin pensarlo me quedo nuevamente en su hotel.

L'emplacement, prêt aéroport

Cons:

Chambre prêt de la réception qui est restée bruillante toute la nuit. Nous avons peu dormi.
Pas de fenêtre sur l'extérieur
Un rideau trop court cachait une fenêtre intérieure la chambre est restée éclairée toute la nuit.

La ubicación, una zona muy tranquila y el personal, en especial Jaiver, y Antony de recepción y Carmen, de la cocina

Pros:

Que duermes plácidamente y tranquilo, realice un Check-Out tarde con un pequeño costo adicional. Muy bien ubicado cerca del Hotel prácticamente a pie se puede ir uno.

Cons:

Poca variedad en el desayuno, me pidieron 5,71$ por una Panqueque.

Compré ubicación para 3 personas en la aplicación y allá en hotel me dijeron que la habitación que había elegido era de 2 camas sencillas!!! Ahhh??? Como saber eso, cuando la aplicación me permitió reservar para 3 personas!!! El hotel me dijo que tenía que pagar casi 80 mil pesos más, lo que cerraba el precio cercano a los 300 mil!!! Y lo peor, me tuvieron como 1 hora ahí en la recepción esperando, y si no me pongo a mover eso, allí estaría yo todavía. Finalmente me ubicaron en una habitación en 1 cama king para los 3, enviando al basurero mi momento con mi esposa! Terrible!!! Y.me tocó agradecer!!!
