They let us stay for two additional hours in our room as we had some stomach issue
Hotel has not really any nice area to spend some time eg a garden, anything with a view or a dinner area which feels cozy (yet they do serve dinner however we decided to dine outside as the dinner room looked a bit cold and dark).

Struttura in perfetto stile inglese a due passi dal centro di Nuwara Eliya. Personale molto disponibile e accogliente.
Buffet per cena e colazione un po’ limitato ma personale subito pronto a proporre alternative ad hoc in caso di necessità. Considerato l’ambiente esterno molto freddo forse ci sentiamo di consigliare un sistema di riscaldamento un po’ più efficace rispetto alle piccole stufette elettriche messe a disposizione. Wi-fi un po’ altalenante.
