Guest Reviews
L'edificio era umido e freddo nonostante fosse agosto
Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, big and spacious, and came with had a nice view. The location is also somewhat convenient, a 15-20 minute walk to the town centre or a short tuk tuk ride away.
Wifi connection was a little spotty. Shower hot water only lasts about 5 mins at a time. The room can get very chilly at night and there isn't any heater inside the room.
Super clean and big room, very friendly staff. Close to the main centre of Nuwara Eliya
They let us stay for two additional hours in our room as we had some stomach issue
Hotel has not really any nice area to spend some time eg a garden, anything with a view or a dinner area which feels cozy (yet they do serve dinner however we decided to dine outside as the dinner room looked a bit cold and dark).
Everything is great.
Wonderful place to stay.
Wonderful stay from start to finish. The hotel was clean, well organized, and very comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.
Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient. Overall, a good experience and worth the stay.
Comfortable bed, staff accommodated our short notice for breakfast. We only stayed one night.
It was very hard to locate in the dark. There was no reception for the tv.
The property was modern, homey, and very clean
All perfect here - no suprises, its like on the images. We had a wonderful stay. We would recommend to stay here!
Nothing.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The bedrooms are super large and comfortable..Small hotel with a few clients.
Limited choice for breakfast but still nice breakfast!
