I had stayed in ye’s apartments over a year when i moved to saint petersburg for my study. As a foreigner it was a smart choice for me.finding an apartment in spb could be pretty hard when you consider immigration regulation and language barrier. Also there wasn’t a big price difference renting an apartment from an owner when you consider real estate agency commission and other stuff. The rooms are well designed and comfortable;king size bed, study desk,kitchen equipments,lots of storage units and wardrops that you won’t be able to fill half).
Overall, it was clean safe and secure, 24 hours there is receptionist and security crew. The location is great 5 min walk to subway. Administration was very helpful, people who speaks english and helping you to solve the problems professionally that occur during your stay. I will definitely consider staying in the same place when i arrive spb next year.
Only downside was when it comes to pay rent or utilities, it is either with cash machine or with bank transfer(which with russian banks, it was a challenge for me), but thanks god they were helpful and helped me to do it every month. I am grateful for it. I hope that in the future they will change their system and accept card payments.

Very clean, comfortable aparthotel. Room ideal for 1-2 guests. Nice modern hotel with lots of facilities in the area. Metro station not far so city centre easy to reach.

Be aware if you stay a month or more- they will ask the payer + deposit ( extra monthly rent amout). Then, when you will be ready to leave, will come 5 people of comission from the hotel and will start check everything, to find some reason to no return your deposit! They open even matrass , pillows ,duvert from inside, sig 5 of them that it is needed to be now dry clean after your use with a huge amount! Even you did not ake it dirty! The same they doing with a floor, furniture, plates, towels! In one word- everything in order no return your deposit! Be awere before rent. Or make them to sign before you start live inside for all destroyed things.

We were here just for 2 nights, after stayed in Moscow, and this Apart-hotel (room) was wow...
It was exactly as beautiful as the pictures. Spacious, with fully function kitchen corner, studio-type one thing : this is a very big building, so if you have a problem with your feet, better have a take a look at their unit map and request for the one near the elevator ( mine was quite far and it took quite stamina to back-and-forth the room).
Near the hotel was several supermarkets, so you could do your grocery there, and selection was good.
I dont know about public transportation (we were here by private bus).
We do our own breakfast so i couldnt tell anything about its food choice (if there's any).
There are gym across its lobby, but i think you have to pay it separately (just my guessing, since i ddidn't ask the receptionist about it).
Overall, pleasant stay in here,

My holiday starts on the 8th of June 2017 in Saint Petersburg.The check-in was very good and the hotel staff gave us a very clean and large room.When we had to print the boarding pass,the women from the reception were very kindly and helped us.The reception gave us a room in the higher floors and we recommend the hotel to everyone who want to come in Saint Petersburg.This megapolis is very nice and it has the greatest history in the world.

YE'S ApartHotel restaurant is right up to date with its setting, ambience, presentation and most important of all quality of food. Good menu with wide selection to suit all tastes. There is also a greenhouse within the restaurant providing an array of freshly grown herbs.

I was staying for three days it was quite good. It's 5 minutes from subway station and 30 minutes from center of the Sankt-Petersburg by public transport. It cost 3000 rubles (about 45 $) per night and I should say it good price for high season (season of White night). Cleaned room, bathroom, air conditioner and other facilities. Disadvantages - it was some problems with accept credit card, no safe box nor coffee-tee in the room.

Even though the hotel is far from the center (need to go 6 stations by Metro), the place is very well done. You'll have an absolutly new studio with the kitchen and all needed to stay even for a long time. On the ground floor you'll have a gym and a restaurant and opposite you'll have a very good supermarket and a Mall.
