Zanzibar bay is a magical place. Thank you to all the staff, daudi, husian. Anna, happy, musa, Latifa, said, paul, amina and many others. Nolan thanks for the special welcome. The spa was great.
Make sure u visit prison island, nakupenda sandbank, spice tour, stone town, jozani forest.
Rooms are very comfortabke, clean, pools are great. Jetty very special.
I will come again.

I went to Zanzibar for family holidays and this property was perfect for the occasion. room was spotless and comfortable, good selection of drinks in the bar, food was amazing and staff super friendly. highly recommend if you’re going to Zanzibar.

It was an amazing stay and would highly recommend it!
The staff were always friendly and willing to assist in every way.
The rooms were very comfortable, and always clean.
The all inclusive package was great value. It would have been great to have at least one other beer available as an option as part of the package but otherwise the bars were well stocked.
The food was absolutely incredible, with a diverse range of cuisines that were full of flavor!
A real home away from home.

Our stay at Paradise Beach was great. The staff is kind and helpfull. Nothing is to much when asking. Special thanks to Douidi, Jimmy, Benedict, Oscar and all the others. Thanks for making this memories with us.

I absolutely loved this holidays, the resort is beautiful, delicious food, amazing tours with good prices (i would recommend not to book in advanced from home since the prices here are much better than what i searched for online)
but the best of all ik the resort is definitely the staff, every single one if them is absolutely incredibly amazing and friendly!!!
and also one big compliment from my side goes to Latifa!!! arghhh such a gorgeous and sweet angel, her vibe is fantastic, the way she cares and look out for the guests is very professional and sweet, i believe she has the ability to even make counting stones into an incredible adventure and make it exciting:)
another big compliment i want to say to Miriam ahh also a sweet and lovely angel the way she offers help with such an empathy is soo beautiful and definitely to look out for, the way she talks to the guest with such a confidence is really something i look up to:)
would recommend this resort for everybody.
p.s the beach itself is not really good for swimming since the low/high tide but you can for sure relax and still enjoy many other possibilities with 3 big pools, amazing bars everywhere and good vibes

Nice hotel, the beach is a let down, but there is nothing that can be done about that. The staff are mainly nice and polite, some do not understand a small measure of spirits and think its funny to give a double double measure, which is not pleasant.
The food is a let down, often cold and greasy, but wouldnt complain as its the way they do it. The biggest thing was finding meat in my onion soup, thankfully i am not a vegitarian.
The rooms are nice with a nice shower, everything cleaned daily. The staff come round on an evening and turn the bed down plus spray the room for insects.
It was a enjoyable holiday.

We recently stayed at Paradise Beach / Zanzibar Bay Resort, and overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable experience. The resort has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the buffet meals offered good variety and quality throughout our stay. It is also very good value for money.
However, what truly made this stay feel special was the outstanding hospitality of the restaurant and service staff. Their kindness, professionalism and warm personalities lifted our experience every single day.
A very special thank you to Daudi, who was exceptional in his service and in the way he connects with people — he is truly an asset to the hotel.
Also our appreciation to Happy for her joyful spirit, and Miriam for her calm, friendly and supportive presence.
In addition, we would like to thank:
Xyra Mary, Nathaniel, Gladys (Trainee), Chris, Hassan, Benedict, Asia (Trainee), Maryam, Green Prince, Amina, Haysam, Muhammad, and Florence.
Each of you contributed to making our stay feel warm, personal, and memorable.
We also thank Johan (General Manager) for taking the time to speak with us, for listening, and for being visibly involved in the guest experience. His presence makes a difference.
Room for Improvement
The only area where we felt improvement is needed is at the reception / front desk. Staff here should be more empowered to make reasonable and flexible decisions, especially during check-out. A small increase in discretion and guest-focused problem solving would raise the overall experience from very good to excellent.
Overall
A beautiful resort with truly wonderful staff who made us feel welcomed and cared for.
We left with warm memories — and we would happily return.

The welcome we received was amazing!! Johan's team are fantastic, always responding quickly to any queries (special shout out to Sandra who couldn't have done more to enhance our stay). Great facilities, bars and restaurants - our favourite was the Asian restaurant but all the food was great. I don't remember walking past a single member of staff without being greeted with a smile and "Jambo, Jambo" - thanks John - your team live and breath the Zanzibar "Caribu Sana"

The hotel in Zanzibar is lovely, clean and well organised… the staff is friendly and always have a sincere smile. The beach is beautiful and comfortable long chairs.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff were always friendly and helpful, but our highest compliments go to Daudi. He truly made our stay special — he helped us every day, always asked how we were doing, and even noticed when we didn’t show up one day and kindly checked if everything was okay. His kindness and attention to detail made us feel really cared for. We highly recommend this hotel and especially want to thank Daudi for his outstanding service!

Just arrived back home from Zanzibar Bay Hotel. Absolutely recommend, the staff cannot do enough for you. Thank you to Daudi the food and beverage Manager, who assisted with my pescatarian palate. The choice of food was fabulous even for the mega picky. The other restaurants and bars were lovely with plenty of choice for drinks within the all inclusive package. The peir bar and seating within the sea it was gorgeous. Bedrooms were very comfortable with adequate facilities. All in all it met more than expectations, and have already booked for another holiday. Don't miss a day safari or Stone Town for Freddie Mercury fans, along with a beautiful Tanzanite jewelers across from his museum where treats are plentiful (save up first).

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel , from the warm welcome the moment we arrived , and amazing hospitality from every staff we came across with.

Special appreciation to Mr. Daud ( F&B Manager) for being outstanding in making sure everyone is comfortable and enjoys the food.

How could forget the most unique experience Silent Disco session, it was the best.
