Bad
Pros:

Pyramid cannot be seen well from the room as shown in the picture, very dirty place, breakfast very bad, and please don't make any deal through the receptionist.

Pros:

Thanks Jimmy and all the hotel staff! We had a wonderful experience in Giza. hotel location has a great view of the pyramids, and a few blocks from the main road where you can find restaurants and gift shops. Hotel provided private tours including transportation and guide to main attractions. All the best with your business!!

Best Place to Stay in Giza
Pros:

The rooms and service are great. Plus it has the best roof top view! I was able to watch the entire nightly light show from there. It’s was great to just enjoy a couple cold ones and enjoy view after a long day in the sun.

Considering Giza is a small town where the horses and camels out number the cars. This hotel is first class!

Good roof top view, poor accommodation
Pros:

The hotel has a terrific view of the pyramids from the rooftop and the owner is friendly. That's where it ends.

I should clarify that I did not select this hotel. The hotel which I booked brought us here (at 9 pm) because it was unable to accommodate us. This accommodation seemed inferior to the one we booked (which had an elevator), yet, we basically paid the same rate.

The accommodation is poor. Our hot water heater did not work. It turned off while showering and would not turn back on. We told the hotel and they told us it had been fixed, but the same thing happened the 2nd night. Once soaped up, you have no choice but to finish with cold water, an unpleasant experience during winter. The shower flooded the bathroom. The wifi did not work in the room (4th fl). On day 2, the hotel finally brought us a router. There was difficulty in getting breakfast. I went upstairs at 8 am, but breakfast was not ready. It was finally brought to us after 9 am, making us late for a tour. The food itself was cold and mediocre at best.

To add insult to injury, when I booked an expensive white desert tour, we were quoted in USD, but charged in EP. I told the hotel it was overcharging, but was told the exchange rate had changed. My credit card statement shows I overpaid. I contacted the owner asking for compensation of the overcharge and lack of hot water. He offered me a free stay on my next visit. Unlikely I will go back and if I did, I wouldn't stay here.

Pros:

The hotel is steps away trom the Pyramids at Giza. My room had a view of them and one can have breakfast on the rooftop with an almost full view. The staff helped me with an airport taxi problem too. Very accommodating.
