Cobro adicional a la tarifa

Cuando me fui a relizar el checkin la persona de la recepción me hizo un cobro adicional por asignarme una habitación con aire acondicionado cuando yo había comprado una habitación con a/c. Luego se quedó con mi pasaporte un poco de tiempo sin yo saberlo. Y en ningún momento me llamó para devolverlo hasta que salí y me dijo que se había quedado con mi visa americana. Por lo demás el hotel está bien por lo que cuesta es muy aseado y todo los demás bien.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo, pero esta vez el menú al desayuno estuvo en menor cantidad de la primera vez. :(,

Por lo demás excelente atención, comodidad y sobre todo limpieza.

No regresaré, no respetan el precio de la app
Pros:

- No repetían el precio de la aplicación realmente le suben el 20% aproximadamente.
- Todo el personal es súper buena gente a excepción de una señora que hace mala cara a todo momento y habla feo (yo creo que es al jefe o algo así)
