Whilst this was clean and spacious, the surrounds, locations and all round every of this place is off
Pros:

We had the family room which was very clean and spacious. The staff are lovely.

Cons:

The property is in a very strange location, it is situated between 2 dilapidated buildings that potentially have people camping in them. The surrounds are a bit unnerving and you definitely can’t walk to anything.

The property is very pretty and the apartment we had was very spacious

Cons:

It’s far from town and getting a bolt or grab is sometimes impossible and you need to talk to get closer to get a car. The breakfast is SHOCKINGLY bad like shockingly bad!! Everything is drowning in oil even the fried rice tasted like pure oil. It’s honestly was a very low effort bad breakfast almost like the people making it don’t want to make it. They should just shift to self catering.

The breakfast is delivered to the room and you have no choice what gets delivered. The hotel does not have facilities like laundry. The hotel suffers from staff shortage, it's hard to find staff when they are needed.

Good place for bonding with friends.
Pros:

Great hospitality from the receiptionist - Miss Bow; helped with a lot of my requests attentively. Location is slightly further from town area but perfectly fine for someone looking for quiet time and good quality sleep.

Cons:

Location is slightly further from town area. Grab / Taxi service could be challenging at times. But overall, manageable.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
Pros:

Quiet residential area. Very spacious apartment. A la carte breakfast every morning at the desired time. Hassle free and the receptionist (or caretaker) arranged a quality motorbike rental in minutes.

Cons:

The entrance was not closed (secured) while nobody was at the reception area. It was always open, not a huge issue, but as the place is a bit far from everything, it could easily lead to a bad situation.
