入住體驗令人失望。Booking一晚 3,600 元的房價,換來的卻是一整晚無法好好休息。
入住時被安排到樓上是酒吧、早上又有餐廳營業的房型,但訂房及入住時完全沒有事先告知。半夜先是被樓上拖動桌椅的聲音驚醒,接著又有水管持續發出吱吱聲,隔壁房的開關門聲也非常明顯,隔音品質極差。好不容易熬到早上,餐廳開始營業後又繼續受到噪音影響。
隔天向服務人員反映後,得到的回覆是「昨天只剩最後一間房,要再跟餐廳反應」。坦白說,餐廳正常營業並沒有錯,問題在於飯店的房型安排、隔音品質以及是否事先告知住客,這些都是飯店內部管理該負責的事,而不是把問題推給餐廳。
只剩最後一間房,不代表住客沒有知情權。若能事先告知房間位於酒吧下方、早上會有餐廳營業聲響,至少住客還有選擇是否入住的權利,而不是花了 3,600 元,才發現自己買到的是一整晚無法安睡的房間。
