Pros:

The hotel was great and it exceed our expectations. The snack bar at the hotel was unexpectated and great when we want some supper to fill our belly before bed. The room was big for the 4 of us, and the view was awesome. The location was also ideal, couple minutes and you reach the metro station.

Cons:

Nothing, but maybe missing a gym in case we want to work out.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at --- beautiful, thoughtful, comfortable, and exceptional value!
Pros:

By far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in my decades of traveling, especially considering the exceptional combination of comfort, thoughtful design, hospitality, and value. The hotel’s design strikes a wonderful balance between artsy vibes, practicality, and functionality, with delightful art surprises around every corner. The room I was offered upon arrival was exactly as described on Booking.com—spacious, clean, and new, with an amazing city view. I especially appreciated the high-end bathtub and toilet, also offering a city view.

The attention to detail throughout the room was truly impressive. Thoughtful touches included a yoga mat, weight scale, complimentary in-room snacks and beverages, fresh cucumber for a facial, disposable facial masks, 3M earplugs, an emergency portable flashlight underneath the nightstand, and unlimited bottled water. I also appreciated the carefully designed air-conditioning vent that does not blow directly onto the bed and the thoughtfully angled bathroom glass panel that prevents light from reflecting toward the bed. These details may seem small, but together they made the stay exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel staff were professional and genuinely hospitable. The rooftop Look Out restaurant offers delicious food along with a beautiful city view. The complimentary Michelin-level breakfast/brunch included with my booking was fantastic, and the afternoon light buffet and evening snacks were wonderful touches that helped fuel me between meals.

I was genuinely impressed by the thought and care that went into every aspect of the guest experience. Other booking sites may offer slightly lower rates, but the room type and included benefits may differ. If comfort and the overall experience are more important to you than finding the lowest possible rate, I would definitely recommend considering a more comprehensive package. For me, the added value was absolutely worth it.

Cons:

One side of the queen-size mattress (the side facing the couch) seemed to be losing some of its support, possibly from people sitting on the edge. It may be worth replacing it soon. The LED light on the magnifying makeup mirror also appears to be fading and may need to be replaced. These are minor details, and I understand that the housekeeping staff may not notice them unless guests report them. I wanted to mention them as helpful feedback for the hotel.
