Hôtel très confortable calme à l'échelle humaine ce n'est pas une usine personnel à l'écoute , souriant et efficace buffets variés très bon petit déjeuner véritable jus d'orange piscines agréables mention spéciale pour les chaises longues très confortables la propreté impeccable bus de ville a la porte de l'Hotel pour se rendre à Heraklion et ou à l'aéroport
mention spéciale aux animateurs FRAM notamment EMMA pour ses compétences Caroline pour ses excursions et sa convivialité NOA et Quentin pour leur gentillesse

Die Suite entsprach den Bildern und war sehr geräumig - Haupthaus sehr hellhörig
Pros:

Wir haben die höchste Zimmerkategorie gebucht: Bungalow Suite mit eigenem Garten/Terrasse + großem Pool. Es war von Mauern umgeben, dadurch hatte man viel Privatsphäre. Die Bilder bei der Buchung entsprachen also auch soweit der Realität.

Cons:

Ich würde nicht alles als klare Kritik formulieren, aber ein paar Punkte sind vielleicht hilfreich zur Einordnung:

Essen:
Der Salat-, Käse- und Antipasti-Bereich war sehr gut. Der Rest entspricht einem internationalen Buffet (Pizza, Pommes, Pasta, Fleisch, Fisch). Durch das Warmhalten war vieles trocken, vor allem Fisch und Fleisch, und insgesamt eher wenig gewürzt. Für Fans von salzarmem Essen evtl. ein Plus.
(Anmerkung: Wir hatten beide vor Ort einen Magen-Darm-Infekt – Zusammenhang unklar.)

Service:
Grundsätzlich freundlich und bemüht, besonders an der Rezeption. Wünsche wie zusätzliche Decken/Kissen wurden erfüllt. Negativ: Bei Krankheit wurde uns eine Apotheke empfohlen, die sich als geschlossen herausstellte, obwohl wir explizit nach einer Notfallapotheke gefragt haben (Sonntags ist auch dort alles geschlossen, es war zudem sehr kalt, windig und hat geregnet - kein Wetter für lange "Ausflüge" auf Grund schlechter Beratung). Die Suche nach einer tatsächlich offenen Apotheke hat dadurch fast 2 Stunden gedauert - hier wurde nicht wirklich mitgedacht, sondern einfach schnell abgewickelt, was sehr ärgerlich war.

Lage/Unterbringung:
Unser Bungalow mit Pool war an sich toll, aber der Zugang ist umständlich (über Rasen bzw. kleine Mauer) – mit Gepäck oder eingeschränkter Mobilität schwierig.
Bei Regen stellte sich heraus, dass das Dach undicht war → Zimmerwechsel notwendig (Downgrade). Die alternative Unterkunft war deutlich hellhöriger, mit zentral gesteuerter Klimaanlage (keine individuelle Regelung möglich). Für mehr als eine Nacht wäre das für uns sehr unangenehm gewesen.

Katzen:
In der Anlage laufen Katzen frei herum, auch im Essensbereich. Teilweise springen sie auf Tische. Für Tierfreunde vielleicht okay, für andere eher störend – insbesondere bei Allergien.

Excellent and relaxing stay
Pros:

Location was fine although surrounding area only average in terms of interest, usefulness of quality. Staff and food quality and variety were both outstanding at all meals. If on all inclusive stag the included wine was very low quality, our only criticism.

Comfortable, quiet, and relaxing hotel close to Heraklion
Pros:

Not too far from the airport. The staff were really helpful, professional and friendly. The rooms are a good size and kept very clean. The restaurant food was of good quality and offered a decent variety of dishes

Cons:

The location is a bit remote, there are no other bars or restaurants in the area. It’s not particularly close to the beach. The linen quality (towels and bedding) were not quite 4 star worthy.

Like that place, the service and the staff were very helpful. My partner wasn't feeling well at some point and stuff helped us with food and stuff and even kept checking if things were ok.
They make sure you are well taken care of.

Pros:

Jedlo bolo vynikajúce, každý deň niečo rovnaké a niečo vždy iné. Personál v hoteli bol veľmi milý a nápomocný.
Škoda, že nám počasie neprialo, aby sme mohli viac využiť aj súkromnú pláž hotela a aj malý súkromný bazén. Posedenie pri bazénoch a možnosť výberu z viacerých drinkov nás veľmi potešil.

Cons:

Pri sprchovaní nebolo čím zotrieť vodu z podlahy a odporúčam dať výkonnejší ventilátor do kúpeľne-dlho sa tam drží vlhkosť po sprchovaní.
