One of the best experiences spend here.
Pros:

We loved everything from start to finish ... the lovely lady on reception (we didn't get her name) went above and beyond for us .An absolute star and a credit to the hotel as was the the barman who attended us in the lobby bar .. friendly courteous and had always a chat for us ,lovely young fella ,also a credit to hotel.He is welcome here to Northern Ireland anytime as he won love it .All other staff great also Please pass on to hotel from us Room 510 fri 10th -mon 13th

Just wish the beach and beach bar was better but its still low season and a wee shop near by

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille.
Pros:

Le buffet à volonté , la chambre, les piscines, l’accueil du personnel etc…

Cons:

Le lit d’appoint pour la troisième personne n’était pas confortable (lit pliant) et la présence des chats durant le repas (allergie).

Le Receptioniste e tutto lo staff di una gentilezza estrema disponibile e sempre con sorrisi, senza essere pesante,il mangiare mai visto una roba del genere,tanto tanto tanto da mangiare!!!

Fint hotell men skulle behöva mer städning och lite uppfräschning överlag
Pros:

Båda poolområdena var fina.
Bekvämt med delad privat pool.

Cons:

När vi checkade in hittade vi glasbitar på golvet i rummet. Steg sedan på ytterligare en glasbit så jag började blöda på foten.
Vi hade väldigt mycket små myror på rummet.

We had a fantastic time here, just a few points to improve. Verrry quiet/chilled atmosphere which felt a bit lacking
Pros:

Location great proximity to Heraklion, some lovely options for bars/restaurants and shops within walking distance. Spotlessly clean. Food great quality and variety. Staff were on the most part lovely (bit of a strange flirty bartender in main bar)

Cons:

Alcohol very poor unfortunately - cocktails didn’t really count as cocktails, wine terrible, beer flat. Had to pay for non-inclusive options if we wanted any sort of decent drinks for the night. Poor entertainment, not much atmosphere at hotel. Pool was cold

Schöne Anlage mit Luft nach oben, Sauberkeit in den Zimmern stark verbesserungsbedürftig.
Pros:

Schöne Pools mit bequemen Liegen. Allgemein schöne saubere Anlage. Sehr gutes Essen viel Auswahl. Auch in den letzten Tagen bevor es in die Winterpause ging und nur noch wenige Gäste da waren. Strand ist zu Fuss in ca. 8 Minuten erreichbar. Auch dort komfortable, kostenlose Liegen vorhanden. Eine Snackbar ist vorhanden, allerdings war da die Auswahl nicht so gross. Parkplätze waren direkt beim Hotel vorhanden.

Cons:

Leider waren unsere Zimmer (wir hatten 2) sehr schlecht gereinigt, ich hatte es erwähnt an der Rezeption, aber es wurde nicht besser. Fand ich sehr schade, weil der allgemeine Bereich war stets sauber. Die Dusche hatte Schimmel, Wasserhahn Grünspan usw. war teilweise schon eklig. Klobürste hatte die guten Zeiten auch bereits hinter sich. Personal teilweise nicht so freundlich, das herzliche griechische hat gefehlt. Zb. ein freundliches Calimera am Morgen. Ausser eine liebe Dame, welche sich um die Katzen kümmerte, weiss leider ihren Namen nicht, sie war immer sehr sehr freundlich. Danke dafür.
