Pros:

It was the first time for me and my son to visit Crete and I chose this gorgeous hotel by looking at the reviews and OMG! SUCH A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! I have been in many countries before and I always go for all inclusive, but Sentido Amounda bay is the best! The staff, especially Margarita at reception is such a lovely lady. She is so welcoming and friendly and she made us feel so welcomed!
After our first night, she did let me know that they have upgraded pur bedroom at no cost! Our bedroom was stunning! The food was the best and we enjoyed and loved every moment of our stay in there!

A MASSIVE THANK YOU to all the lovely staff and keep on doing what you're doing!

Ήταν όλα άψογα, αλλά το χω πει και θα το ξαναπώ, εάν έχεις σωστούς και καλούς συνεργάτες τότε τα πάντα συνήθως πάνε καλά , εδώ πήγαν απλά τέλεια, είχε πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο , εξωτερικοί χώροι το ίδιο , αλλά το βασικότερο σε ένα all inclusive ξενοδοχείο είναι το τι σερβίρει στο μπουφέ του και εκεί περνάει με άριστα γιατί πρωινό, μεσημεριανό αλλά και βραδινό εκτός από πλούσια ήταν και πεντανόστιμα. Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο στους ανθρουπους που δουλεύουν εκεί.

המיקום היה טוב, מאחר ולא לקחנו רכב, רצינו להישאר קרוב לשדה תעופה כ15 דק נסיעה במונית.
ארוחות מגוונות, אפילו צמחונית, בררנית כמוני מצאה משהו קטן לאכול. הבריכות מדהימות. המקום גדול ולא מרגישים צפיפות מאחר והוא מתפרס על שטח גדול וגם הבריכות. יש המון דלפקים, סנק בר שאפשר לקבל שתייה, קווקטייל, פירות ועוד אפילו בים.

Cons:

הגעתי עם חברה לבטן גב, כך שזה ענה לנו על הציפיות. אבל אם מישהו מעוניין לטטיל באזור, אז אין מה לעשות שם.

Eine gepflegte All Inclusive Anlage mit tollen Pool-Landschaften .
Das Essen ist außergewöhnlich gut und viel -und reichhaltig den ganzen Tag!
Es war gut besucht , jedoch nicht überfüllt und sehr angenehm durch die Größe der Anlage .
Der Strand ist auch nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt .
Das Personal ist genial und ich grüße besonders „black woman“.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν μια πραγματικά ευχάριστη έκπληξη και ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας. Είναι πολύ όμορφο και προσεγμένο, με τρεις υπέροχες πισίνες και άνετους κοινόχρηστους χώρους. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, το προσωπικό ευγενικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει, ενώ το πρωινό είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία και εξαιρετική ποιότητα. Δυστυχώς δεν προλάβαμε να επισκεφθούμε την παραλία του ξενοδοχείου, αλλά σίγουρα θα το κάνουμε στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μας, καθώς είμαστε βέβαιοι ότι θα είναι εξίσου όμορφη και προσεγμένη.

Wyjątkowy hotel. Obsługa pomocna i miła. Jedzenie pyszne i zróżnicowane i non stop dostępne, również napoje. Plaża 5 min spacerkiem i bardzo ładna. Beach bar super.
Po wymeldowaniu możliwość korzystania ze wszystkich usług aż do momentu wyjazdu.

The room was spacious and clean, the shower was great! A/C worked great
The bed was big and comfortable (the pillows weren't good for my neck)
