Totul a fost la superlativ, organizare foarte buna, profesionalism si foarte atenti la toate detaliile in favoarea clientiilor pentru un sejur minunat.

Összességében tetszett a szálloda, szívesen jönnék vissza de nem ebbe a szobába.
Pros:

Nagyszerű medencék, bőséges és finom ételválaszték, tisztaság, kedves személyzet, lehetőségünk volt később kijelentkezni, így az elutazás napján még tudtunk medencézni és ebédelni. Közel a tengerpart, közel a reptér.

Cons:

Sajnos a szobánk a régi épületben volt, az erkélyünk nem medencére nézett, hanem egy raktárhelységre, ez kicsit elkedvetlenített, mert szinte csak ez a szoba volt ilyen rossz tájolású. A szobában a klíma gyenge volt, éjjel melegünk volt, de a szoba maga tiszta volt.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war gross und sehr sauber. Die Poolanlage sowie der Beach Bereich (eigenen Strandteil) waren ebenfalls schön und sauber. Das Essensangebot war gut, am Pool sowie am Beach gab es Essensmöglichkeiten. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage ist super etwa 15 Minuten vom Flughafen und Heraklion Stadt entfernt.

Cons:

Die Auswahl der Speisen war etwas klein. Beim Swim-Up war die Sonne leider nur bis etwa Mittag vorhanden (der Liegebereich war ab dann im Schatten), weshalb wir es leider gar nicht so oft nutzen konnten.

Great value for money, really recommend
Pros:

Overall this hotel is a great value for money.
The food was good, and there was abundance of it.
There was always something available to eat.
The pools was great, there are 2 big pools and one shared pool with 2 other rooms that was quite than the others. The stuff were really nice. They let us stay at the hotel after the check out and we could use all the facilities of the hotel after and they also gave us a room to shower later with no extra cost. The tennis court is bug and has an amazing view.
There was a lot of places to sit in the hotel and in the pools. We thought that it is a great value for money.

Cons:

The cocktails weren’t good (although the wine and beer were good). Also, the beach is far from the hotel and it took us some time to find it.
There was not a lot of vegetarian options at the dinner.
Also there was a spider webs in some corners of our room.

Pros:

Czysto, dobre jedzenia i bardzo duży wybór . Super bar przy basenie i na plaży . Dostępne drinki oraz jedzenie przez cały dzień.

היה נחמד מאוד, נקי ומסודר, נראה שהמלון מאוד מושקע ומסודר. יש נקודות לשיפור.

- הארוחות מגוונות ומתאימות גם לצמחוניים, כמות הארוחות מרשימה מאוד.
- החדר נקי וגדול, בריכה פרטית גדולה בגובה 1.3 מטרים.
- פקידי הקבלה עוזרים בכל דבר.

Cons:

- בלילה הראשון היה ריח רע מהמזגן שהתחיל בערב. ביקשנו לעבור חדר ומהר מאוד העבירו אותנו לחדר אחר ללא ריח.
- המיקום מרוחק ממרכז העיר הרקליון ומוניות עולות הרבה מאוד כסף, האופציה היחידה היא ללכת לים, אולי שווה לחשוב על להוציא הסעות למרכז העיר מהמלון.
- מחיר הרכבים בקבלה מאוד יקר ביחס לסביבה, 75 יורו ליום עבור הרכב הקטן ביותר זה מוגזם, ביעדים הרבה יותר יקרים אני שכרתי רכבים בזול יותר.

Εξαιρετικά όλα!! Πεντακάθαρο, οι κοπέλες στην ρεσεψιόν ευγενέστατες, οι καμαριέρες όλοι άψογοι!!
Το φαγητό πεντανόστιμο και με τεράστια ποικιλία!! Οι πισίνες πολύ καλές και μεγάκες και γενικά όλο το ξενοδοχείο πολύ όμορφο!! Μπράβο σε όλους!! Θα ξαναέρθουμε σίγουρα!!
