La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, pleno centro.
No pudimos reservar en el spa, la pileta y demas porque ya estaba reservado. Al parecer no solo atienden a los pasajeros del hotel y ellos reservaron antes.
La habitación muy pequeña y poco cómoda.
La mampara del baño no cerraba bien y el agua salia afuera mojando el resto del baño, la solución que nos dieron fue un secador y trapo para el piso.
La ubicación. El personal muy atento

La calefacción estaba muy alta aún cuando la bajábamos, muchísimo calor, en la habitación no entraban bien las valijas porque era muy pequeña pero aún así, si sacabas la ropa en la cama, despues tenias para guardar en un ropero y para pasar la noche estaba de 10 ! La heladera hacia muchísimo ruido, la tuvimos que dejar apagada pero la gente del hotel es muy amable

Lo unico q se puede decir q algunas habitaciones no le funciona la calefaccion y hace frio en mendoza
No utilicé ningún servicio adicional. Solo pasamos una noche camino a Las Leñas, salimos luego muy temprano así que ni siquiera el desayuno consumimos.
No tuve tiempo si quiera de evaluar ningún servicio.
Cómodo , los empleados trabajando son muy amables
El desayuno es excelente, sobre todo la pastelería artesanal. Buena relación precio y calidad, personal amable, buena ubicación
Instalaciones del baño un poquito antiguas, se podrían mejorar.
La cochera
Las instalaciones viejas,la habitación horrible ,el baño sucio .Una empleada entró a la habitación mientras estábamos durmiendo .No lo recomiendo para nada
