Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, szczególnie jeżeli chodzi o Tauron Arenę. Bardzo miła obsługa gotowa służyć pomocą w każdej sytuacji.

To, czego potrzebowałam na jedną noc pobytu.

Idealna lokalizacja, miła obsługa, cisza i spokój. Śniadanie w porządku.

Cons:

Mogłoby być bardziej czysto jak na ten standard hotelu. Gdyby wystrój został odświeżony, to byłoby idealnie.

Czysto , bardzo miła obsługa , bardzo pomocna. Blisko do Arena Tarczyński

Cons:

Niestety było zimno w pokoju i łazience - kaloryfery chłodne na początku marca. Dostaliśmy grzejniki - to wyrównało dyskomfort tego chłodu . W łazience brak kubków na szczoteczki do zębów, w pokoju przy łóżkach brak kontaktów i wyłączników światła .

Good room, good breakfast, good connections into the city
Pros:

Excellent room, everything worked.

Breakfast had more variety than in most places. Pancakes with cheese and French toast were available, for example, among a reasonably large variety of cakes.

There is a tram station a couple of hundred meters away which takes you straight into the city centre.

We arrived early but the lady at reception arranged for the room to be cleaned and we got our room at 12:30, she was very kind and accommodating.
