Das Hotel ist super modern, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Spa Anlage war das absolute Highlight!
Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und groß. Ein weiteres Highlight ist das eigene Restaurant auf der Dachterrasse mit einem wirklich atemberaubenden Blick auf die Bucht!
Leider ist der Fitnessraum nicht ausgeschildert gewesen. Man hat ihn sehr schlecht gefunden und zwei der Cardio Geräte funktionierten nicht. Er war zudem recht sparsam eingerichtet, was nicht zum top modernen Rest des Hotels zu passen scheint.

A very cool green and modern atmosphere. Pool and sea facilities were excellent and not overcrowded - the service and the staff here were exceptional: I applaud them. The whole hotel exuded a relaxed feel. Pretty well situated, the coastal walk, shops and restaurants. Despite the border crossing, Montenegro is now a better choice than Croatia.
(A tip if you come from Dubrovnik airport: We used www.transfernovi.com - €80 one way (2 people). Spotless and on time. Half of what booking.com wanted to charge).
Breakfast 'coffee' and 'juices, were poor - the rest were pretty good with a nice selection. Water was only provided in the room on the first day.
Очень хороший отель. Всё в нём стильно, красиво и удобно. На территории есть прекрасный бассейн. Отель расположен в удачном месте: рядом находятся набережная, кафе и развлечения. По-моему, это лучший отель в Херцег-Нови!

The pool is great and access to the beach is excellent
The breakfast is pretty poor but mostly the staff are quite unhelpful and rude. The receptionist did also not clearly explain where we could or could not park in front of the hotel and as such we received a parking fine and had to spend a few hours dealing with the post office to pay the fine. The hotel said there was a parking attendant for assistance but we didn’t see anyone the entire stay…

The hotel is way too expensive for whart they offer. The room is tiny, the breakfast is not fit for a hotel of this price range. We decided to skip breakfast after the first try. Will not come back to this hotel.
As a woman traveling alone, I felt so comfortable at this hotel and absolutely loved it! There are plenty of free parking spaces, though they’re behind a barrier, so you have to check in first before someone comes to help you with the barrier. The whole staff was extremly friendly and natural! A staff member showed me around the entire hotel and carried my luggage to my room. My room was upgraded for free; I had a living room and a bedroom. It was beautiful and very clean. The hotel was huge and exploring everything is a real treat. There are plenty of free lounge chairs at the private beach access and by the pool, no matter what time you arrive. The food by the pool and on the rooftop terrace is excellent, and the view is breathtaking. The location is very central; the main evening promenade runs between the beach access and the hotel complex. The breakfast selection was huge and incredibly varied. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the hotel room was sooo quiet! For the first time on my trip, I was able to sleep without earplugs and really relax during those two days.
The wait times at both restaurants (on the rooftop terrace and by the pool) were extremely long, even though, in my opinion, there weren't that many guests or not enough staff. I often had to wait 30 minutes for my salad, then 20 minutes for a scoop of ice cream and then another 15 to finally get the bill. As a solo traveler, I enjoy not having to sit in the restaurant for too long, but every time I wanted a quick “snack,” I ended up staying in the restaurant for about 1.5 hours.
When I arrived, there was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom, but fortunately it went away after I flushed out all the drains.
Perfect location everything within few minutes walking distance yet relaxed and not over touristy. Suit pool lovers and beach lovers
