The property was neat and clean. Good scenic views from the property but not from all areas.
The outside swimming pool and the area near the sea was not closed for refurbishment which I didn’t see while booking the hotel. Breakfast could definitely be improved. Not much options. Room was not too big for the price. Since, there is not much to do around the property and Herceg Novi in general, they should consider having some events and activities within the hotel may be by offering All inclusive deals, this would definitely help guests. They should also consider using the terrace at the 5th floor more. Should offer an electric kettle in the room without the guest asking for it. Common areas near rooms were dark.

Location was very nice on the quieter end of town, but still very close to many nice restaurants. Lovely 25 min walk along the promenade to the old town. The spa and pool were a great bonus! We rented a car and parking was free and very easy. The bar was lovely in the evening to be able to have drinks and watch football (or order food). Quick same-day laundry service was helpful. For the breakfast, the food was always hot and well stocked and never over-crowded. The actual food offered was all a bit oily/greasy for me as someone who is quite focused on nutrition, however there was always fresh fruit and they very kindly cooked me some oats each morning when I requested it. Overall the hotel felt clean and was just as expected!
We had a side sea view, so I wasn't expecting a full sea view but there was more of a sliver of a view. It was mostly of the building in front and our balcony was above the courtyard where people are constantly sitting and smoking so we could not leave windows open. While the pool was amazing, it was a little disappointing to have to drag the kids out of the pool right at 5pm. One extra hour would have been nice since most families are out in the afternoon doing activities. In our room, the mini-fridge in the room blew out hot air, meaning the room heated up significantly without being able to open the windows (due to people smoking). As mentioned above, breakfast was ok and fairly typical of a bigger/nicer hotel. I would have appreciated some slightly healthier, non-processed higher protein options without all of the added oil.
Great facility, very kind and caring staff, great and spacious spa
Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The place was clean, well-organized, and exactly as described. What really made the difference was the staff — they were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available whenever needed. Their professionalism and warm attitude made me feel truly welcomed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and will gladly come back again!

Lokacija he savršena. Ljudi su iskreno ljubazni i srdačni. Zaista ispunjaju sve želje gosta. Hotel ima izvanredan SPA centar. Svatko može pronaći nešto za sebe. Sobe su jako lijepo uređene i krevet udoban. Kupaonica prostrana.
Nemam niti jednu zamjerku.
