Perfect.

Still love the hotel but disappointed with end of season lack of service and consideration.
Pros:

We've stayed her on many occaisions. The positives: location for ski in / ski out, the pool and spa, the bar and restaurant.

Cons:

This is the first time we stayed at Edelweiss in the last week of the season. Everything is being shut down. End of season service for high season prices. Don't get me wrong we are big fans of the Edelweiss but we will never stay on the last week of the season again. They half serve most things and services are running on half. There are people deep cleaning the boot rooms and the ski hire downstairs are cleaning too. We got put into the old part of the hotel rather than the newer renovated rooms even though the hotel was running at 20% occupancy. The shower didn't work properly and the room was tired. We were paying nearly Eur 700 per night for 5 star hotel so that was dissapointing.

43rd ski accomodation ever visited. But whole family agreed we will return here. That only the second time that has ever
Pros:

The very friendly staff.
The proximity to the slopes.
The quality of the restaurant food.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit small. But very clean and wonderfully serviced. Really a minor point since all we did was sleep in them and the beds were very comfortable.

Premium-Lage im Ortskern von Obergurgl. Das Hotel ist durchgängig im modernen alpenländischen Design gestaltet. Zu den Vorzügen gehören ein praktisch direkter Skiliftzugang mit Rolltreppe vom Skikeller mit individuellen Spinden. Attraktiver Eingangsbereich mit exklusiver und großer Bar. Valetparking mit Parkhausplatz. Schwimmbad mit Innen-/Außenpool und Pistenblick. Moderner großer Wellnessberich mit Maxi-Dampfbad, Saunen und Ruheraum.

Cons:

Im großen Speisesaal kann es bei starker Belegung sowohl an den Tischen als im Buffetbereich etwas unruhig werden.

Stilvolles, schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Obergurgl, direkt an den Seilbahnen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist trotz der Größe sehr gemütlich, aber auch sehr stilvoll. Es wirkt wie frisch renoviert, insbesondere der SPA Bereich ist fantastisch!
Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und das, obwohl wir es „nur“ serviert bekamen (das Hotel hatte inklusive uns nur 8 Gäste, weil es am darauffolgenden Tag in die Betriebsferien gegangen ist 😊).

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte nur eine Balkontür zum Lichteinlass. Dadurch war es etwas dunkel. Da wir aber nur eine Nacht da waren (Durchreise), war es für uns ok.
