Am avut o experiență minunată și ne-am simțit foarte bine! ❤️ Personalul este de nota 10, foarte amabil și atent cu oaspeții. Dorim să o menționăm în mod special pe domnișoara Henrieta de la recepție, care ne-a întâmpinat cu multă căldură și ne-a făcut să ne simțim bineveniți încă de la început. De asemenea, domnul Cristi de la masaj a fost minunat!
Locația este superbă, zona SPA este foarte frumoasă și dispune de numeroase bazine, perfecte pentru relaxare. Am apreciat foarte mult curățenia din camere, confortul, liniștea și atmosfera plăcută.
Deși șederea noastră a fost foarte plăcută în multe privințe, există câteva aspecte care considerăm că ar putea fi îmbunătățite.
Micul dejun ni s-a părut destul de puțin diversificat în ceea ce privește mezelurile, fiind disponibil practic același sortiment de salam. Pentru un hotel de 5 stele, ne-am fi așteptat la o varietate mai mare de produse.
De asemenea, ne-a dezamăgit faptul că în zona SPA aveau acces și persoane din exterior. Am ales acest hotel tocmai pentru liniște și relaxare, însă, din păcate, unii dintre acești clienți au fost gălăgioși, au consumat băuturi în bazine și, uneori, au avut un comportament lipsit de politețe față de cei din jur. Acest lucru a afectat atmosfera de relaxare pe care ne-o doream.
Considerăm că, la un hotel de 5 stele, confortul și liniștea oaspeților cazați ar trebui să fie o prioritate, mai ales având în vedere prețul camerelor. Ar fi de dorit un control mai atent al accesului în zona SPA și respectarea unor reguli clare de comportament, astfel încât toți oaspeții să se poată bucura de o experiență pe măsura standardelor unui hotel de 5 stele.
Sunt detalii care, dacă ar fi îmbunătățite, ar contribui semnificativ la o experiență și mai frumoasă.
