В Ярославле я расслаблен!
Pros:

В номере был только верхний свет. Ни на прикроватных тумбочках, ни на письменном столе не было ни светильников, ни бра, ни ламп, ни торшера в номере, хотя розетки под них предусмотрены. Без индивидуального света было несколько неудобно. В остальном претензий нет. Заселение нормальное, завтрак нормальный, уборка нормальная, обслуживание нормальное. Номер несколько затёрт, впрочем, как и весь отель, косметический ремонт бы не повредил, но не критично, на настроении не отразилось.

Экономия на каждом шагу
Pros:

От отеля с рейтингом 4 звезды ожидали большего. Видимо у них наступили тяжелые времена и они экономят на всем. В номерах нет чайников. Чтобы попить чай нужно спуститься на первый этаж в хол, где можно добыть кипяток. Подниматься с ним на 4 этаж то еще приключение. В номере при заселении нашли упаковку от детского питания. Но самое "шикарное" в отеле это сон. Наши окна выходили на Московский проспект. Ощущение, что мы на нем и ночевали. Окна не обеспечивают практически никакой шумоизоляции. Шторы тоже преподнесли сюрприз. Никакой защиты от солнца. С 4х утра в номере было как днем.
Среди плюсов - это бесплатный доступ в бассейн и хороший завтрак. Также при запросе нам сразу принесли халаты и доп полотенце.

бБлизость к центру. кроватьне поправили хотя воду принесли. мало розеток в номере,возле кровати нет вообще. вкусный кофе внизу.

Много хорошего, но есть недочёты..
Pros:

Приятный отель, красивый фонтан в холле, возможность бассейна, номер снимали люкс, он хороший, большой, но мебель немного уставшая. Кондиционеры на момент проживания, в жару не работали..разочаровал завтрак, для 4 качество продуктов хромает и ассортимент тоже..из фруктов были только сливы..ещё окна выходили на трассу, шумно..
