GREAT Place to stay - especially for families
Pros:

This hotel is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the sliding door in our suite and they came to fix it within minutes after my call to the front desk. The staff members were super helpful and even told me to call the front desk number anytime if I need assistance even in the middle of the night. It's nice to know that someone is around if needed and that the property is secure. I also LOVE the neighborhood. Very safe place to walk around at all hours. My daughters and I walked back to the hotel at 1am and there were still people out and about.

Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό και διαθέσιμο ανά πάσα ώρα να σε εξυπηρετήσει και να σε καθοδηγήσει. Το πρωινό ήταν πάρα πολύ καλό και καθαρό καθώς και από τις ελάχιστες φορές που έχω δει να έχουν τα τυριά μέσα σε ψυγείο και όχι εκτός ψυγείου. Και πρώτη φορά στη ζωή μου είδα ανεμιστήρα κοντά στα φαγητά για να διώχνει τις μύγες. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο.

Die Zimmer waren schön gestaltet, sehr sauber. Der hauseigene Garten mit Obst und Gemüse. Das leckere Frühstück im Restaurant des Hotels unter den Bäumen. Eine wahre Oase! Die Nähe zum Strand. Die hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter*innen.

Petit déjeuner, que ce soit le cadre au calme face a la mer ou la qualité et la variété de ce que nous avions a manger. Belle et grande piscine. Agréables transats au bord de la plage. Emplacement idéal a Gialova, qui offre de belles soirées d’été

Cons:

Chambre familiale assez chère en comparaison de nos autres logements au Péloponnèse, prix toutefois injustifié, avec chambre et balcon au bord d’une route passante et vue sur le parking. Climatisation vraiment bruyante sans que le bruit ne puisse être atténué

Pros:

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms were spotless, spacious, and comfortable. The beach is beautiful, and the garden is amazing, colorful, peaceful and well maintained. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this place. We can’t wait to come back!

Zoe owners have really paid attention to every detail, to make one's stay very enjoyable.
Pros:

Great location with beach just outside hotel! Excellent selection at breakfast; great thought of placing dairy products in fridge and not on the breakfast benches. The most quiet A/C, which also worked flaulessly. Clean rooms, towels, great bed -for my preference. Very good service, polite personnel. Just a minute's walk from the restaurant and store strip. Overall, excellent experience! Will be back soonest.

Cons:

If there was one complaint it would be sound insulation in rooms. Owners should seriously consider adding sound insulation to ceilings and walls. Mostly because of kids not behaving and parents not being considerate. Otherwise, very quiet.

Amazingly friendly stuff, polite , witty and willing to help with everything. The gardens and the bfast/dining area in front of the hotel are the hidden oases of Gialova. Enjoyed our stay and we are definitely going back again.

We really loved our stay. The hotel staff were consistently helpful, and whenever I asked for food adaptations they were brilliant — nothing felt like too much trouble. The overall food quality was very good, and my vegetarian diet was well catered for. I would have loved a little more variety, but everything I had was tasty and thoughtfully prepared.Breakfast was fresh, well presented, and enjoyable. Again, a few more vegetarian options would have made it perfect, but the team were always happy to adjust dishes when needed.
The location was outstanding — central, convenient, and completely faultless. It genuinely enhanced the whole trip.
Wehad a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out — warm, attentive, and consistently willing to go the extra mile. Every interaction felt genuine, and their kindness really shaped my experience in the best possible way.The facilities were brilliant. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and easy to access. Whether it was the communal areas, the leisure spaces, or the room itself, the standard was consistently high and made the stay feel comfortable and well cared for.

Overall, it was a stay filled with ease, warmth, and excellent service. We left feeling genuinely grateful for how well we were looked after and can't wait to go back

There wasn’t anything major that I disliked. The only area that could have been improved was the range of vegetarian options. While the food was good and the staff were excellent with adaptations, a little more variety would have made the experience even better.
