I thought the staff members were excellent, particularly Takis and Sotiris. Takis in particular was extremely friendly and I enjoyed speaking with him a little (with the help of google translate) and he makes excellent cocktails. Very hospitable, as is the owner of the resort. The location is very nice, and the rooms are quite large. I thought the breakfast was quite good and varied as well, and the meals I had at the restaurant were also great.
I thought the room I had was a bit dated, it was very large but the couch and kitchenette could use an update. I was also bummed there is no hot tub and was suprised they didn't have one; it was the first week of October when I visited and so too cold to swim in the pool, but I would have absolutely used a hot tub if they had it. I also thought the beds were too soft with minimal support, but I guess that's personal preference.

Lovely friendly staff who couldn't have done more to make our stay great. Comfiest bed ever. We were given an upgrade on arrival which was a treat. Great facilities in the apartment. Super clean. Lovely pool. Unfortunately as there was a storm the whole time we were there, we could not sit outside, which is where most of the restaurant is based. Fresh breakfast.
would have liked to be able to retract blind over the terrace as it rained so it made the room dark. Didn't realise that there was not much to Gialova-but that was not the fault of the hotel and we had a car so we ravelled around and it made a great base.
La plage. La terrasse est très jolie. Le village de Gialova et sa petite promenade. La terrasse de la chambre 25 était très agréable avec une belle vue et son jacuzzi. Le petit déjeuner était bon .
Le rapport prix/qualité de la chambre. La chambre et la salle de bains était trop petit et pas à la hauteur du prix payé. Les voitures passées devant l’hôtel où nous étions assis.
מיקום מדהים.הנוף מהחדר מקסים, המקום נקי ויפה. ארוחת בוקר טובה. הצוות בקבלה לא הסביר שיש במקום יתושים וכיצד להתנהל. בחדר לא היה קוטל יתושים . התעוררנו בבוקר עקוצים בצורה קשה. כשפנינו לקבלה, הסבירו שאכן יש מלא יתושים במקום ,ואמרו לא לפתוח את החלונות,
והכניסו לחדר קוטל יתושים. בנוסף, נאלצנו לנסוע לבית מרקחת בעיירה סמוכה לקנות תכשיר דוחה יתושים. זה מאד עזר,
אבל הביתה אנחנו חוזרים מאד עקוצים בעיקר על הפנים.
החדר הוא חדר עליית גג עם חלונות שאותם, כך התברר, אסור לפתוח בגלל יתושים

Endroit paradisiaque. Une tonnelle d'arbres juste en face de l'entrée oú on peut petit-déjeuner. La piscine est grande et bien organisée. La plage est à 10 mètres! A côté, plusieurs restaurants pour tous les goûts. Petit-déjeuner très soigné et varié. Une merveille !!!
Beautiful accomodation literally by the beach! Nice location. big room with a kitchen, big balcony with table and chairs, quiet, parking for the car. It was a very nice stay.
I would say the room was run down but it doesn't bother me. When you take a shower, the bathroom becomes a paddle of water. I would suggest a door for the shower.
The resort provide you 5 stars value while you are connected to the wonder of this place through the beach, restaurant and maily the amaizing and breathtaking garden.
