They charged us extra money for the room’s quality, saying it was a non-AC room, but when we booked, there was no such information mentioned. Regarding breakfast, they insisted that my wife and I had to order the same items, which was completely unexpected. We should be allowed to choose different breakfast options. I really don’t understand the kind of service they are providing.
The environment and staffs are quite humble and.. it is a peaceful place near sylhet
The hotel room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was excellent, and the staff were polite.
The room showed in booking.com was different from the room they alotted for me. With the same price, they give a narrow room without AC, although it was off- season with so many vacant room. Their works are not alinged with their words.
Reply to their claim against my review:
While I was trying to cancel my booking over phone, they requested me to come and stay, assuring us giving a good room. It was off season and standard rooms were available with lower price at other hotels as well. But as we booked there with booking.com, we went there upon their request. Due to off-season, we told them to reduce the price as good rooms with less price were available in other hotels. They didn't reduce the price saying the are bound to take the price as it showed in booking.com. Then we asked not to take the breakfast price as we will take breakfast outside, and reduce the price by the breakfast costing. They agreed. When we entered the room, we realized it was a plain, barren and the narrowest room of the hotel, costing 1600 BDT without breakfast, although they had other vaccant rooms
(which goes with the fee we provided) as it was off season. It was less spacious and a non-AC room, while in booking.com, the picture was showing a spacious room with AC.For people’s information, with the same price or even less, you would find better place/hotel to stay with better location.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Their service was good. I like also their facilities.
I didn't stay so I won't be able to tell you what i liked.
I reached at the hotel premises at around 6:30-6:45. All the hotels in the BD has the same check out and check in time which is 12:00 noon we know that. We left our luggage at the hotel premises and went for return ticketing and came back around 9:30. The resident clients were checking out one by one and they were allocating one after another rooms. They were allocating rooms only to those who were wanting to pay more or had booking with a higher room rent. I was the first one who booked through you and received a cheap rate and also reach there at first in their reception. The counter personnel allocating room was standing at the counter the whole time and looking at his booking sheet and was offering new fares at a higher rate to the customers. The customers who agreed got the room. As I didn't agree to pay a higher price i didn't get the room. Finally I cancelled my booking and went on to stay in another hotel. An when I was leaving the hotel the counter person thretened me they will charge a penalty for cancelling the room.
In my opinion this hotel should be purged from your clientele list. The rest is your decision.
This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at in Bangladesh.

If it wasn’t for a staff member banging on my door and trying to come into my room after 11 pm, I would’ve given the hotel high marks. unfortunately, I was actually quite scared when someone started banging (not rapping lightly but full fist banging) on my door and jiggling the doorknob yelling room service. It was past 11 pm. I wanted to sleep. I had not ordered room service. This continued and escalated for about 10 minutes before the staff member responded to my repeated requests to leave.
The hotel’s response was that the staff member was new. The hotel explained that he was there to give me a token for complimentary breakfast the next day. I interacted with Hotel staff when I checked in, when I came down to the dust to pay, and when I went to the restaurant. They had ample time to give me the token. They also had communicated with me on Booking.com and on WhatsApp and would have been able to let me know to pick up the token in the morning if they needed.
Over WhatsApp and in person, when I spoke to them about the issue, they deflected responsibility for the issue. I’m hoping I misunderstood, but it sounded like they wanted to fine the employee 1000 taka. I believe it’s the hotel‘s responsibility to train their staff. I feel like there’s no reason to actively try to enter a guest hotel room unless there’s a serious emergency. I also don’t believe that there’s a reason to bang on a door so late. Frankly, I didn’t know that it was a staff member for sure until later, and I was quite terrified. I ended up not being able to sleep for several hours after that.
It’s the hotel‘s responsibility to make sure that guests have the information that they need. This employee knew that I was in that room and had the token to give me, so presumably he was told to do so.
