Bon hôtel 3*, très bien placé.
Pros:

La dame de l'accueil est très agréable et bienveillante.
Le personnel de chambre est respectueux et efficace.
L'appartement était confortable bien qu'un peu défraîchi, avec une bonne literie (époque années 80/90).
L'emplacement de l'hôtel nous a permis de visiter la plus part du temps à pied et une station de tramway est à 200m.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était correct mais nous aurions aimé une corbeille de fruits, du chocolat en poudre et du vrai jus d'orange plutôt que des oranges coupées en quartiers.
Personnels du petit déjeuner peu souriant.

Posizione ottima a due passi dalla fermata del tram che porta direttamente a Malà Strana e quindi al Castello di Praga ed è a 10 min a piedi dalla fermata principale Mustek, lo staff è sempre gentile e sorridente e pronto ad ogni domanda o richiesta, super!

Razoável e limpo.
Pros:

Boa localização, tranquila e perto do centro a pé. Boa limpeza do espaço. Sossegado.

Cons:

Sendo um hotel de 3 estrelas não é esperada grande atenção ao detalhe, mas sendo um hotel mais do tipo “familiar” pelas suas dimensões e características seria expectável maior cuidado com o cliente. Quando chegamos questionamos sobre sugestões de restaurantes para jantar, não souberam dar nenhuma sugestão precisa (“no centro tem vários”). O horário do pequeno almoço é até as 10h00. A essa hora pontualmente começam a recolher tudo, com bastante ruído, ignorando a presença dos hóspedes. Por isso se quer tomar pequeno almoço com tranquilidade não espere até às 10h00. Pelas 9h20 já não tinha ovos mexidos, quando questionamos não mostraram disponibilidade para fazer mais. No quarto o gel de duche nunca foi reposto, usamos o nosso próprio gel e shampô. Deixem sempre as toalhas expostas na casa de banho, por lapso deixamos duas das toalhas penduradas nas cadeiras do quarto e as mesmas não foram substituídas. Diria que existe relativa eficiência no serviço básico prestado mas a prioridade não é de todo o cuidado com o cliente e a atenção ao detalhe.
