El personal fue super amable y atento siempre. Las habitaciones cómodas, la ubicacion muy bien. El desayuno estilo bufete rico. Todo muy bien!

Todo muy bien, lo único que la sala para desayunar es un poco chica y los lugares se ocupan rápido por lo que a veces había que esperar apenas unos minutos, nada grave. Tener en cuenta que el ingreso tiene escaleras hasta llegar a recepción, luego ya hay ascensores para ir a las habitaciones.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Location was amazing. An old beautiful hotel. Rooms were clean.

There are stairs at the entrance, which make it difficult to carry luggage. During peak breakfast hours, you may have to queue and wait for a table, but the staff were polite and courteous.

Huone oli siisti, ja perus oleskeluun löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Aamiaisella löytyi kaikki tarvittava: kahvi/tee, mehu, kurkku, tomaatti, juusto ja leikkele leiville, jogurtti pikareissa, mysliä ja muroja, nakkeja ja kananmunia sekä omenoita ja sitrushedelmiä, sekä makea leivonnainen.

Pistorasioita oli huoneessa vain yksi vapaana, ja yksi kylpyhuoneessa.

Really nice place to stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel with character and entertaining receptionist. Room was fairly basic but comfortable and perfect for our needs. Breakfast had choice of cooked food as well as cheese/ham etc, plus bread, yoghurt and coffee.
Location very central and tram stop only a few minutes away - on line from station so easy to get to hotel, esp as our train was late evening.
