Afroditi

Séjour très agréable à Afroditi. Yannis est un hôte dévoué, qui fait tout pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Il est toujours à l’écoute et disponible pour nos questions. Nous avons été accueillis avec des petits présents, et d’excellentes recommandations nous ont été données. Merci Yannis !

Mit Yannis hatten wir einen wunderbaren Gastgeber der uns bei der Ankunft gleich mit den Koffern vom Taxi abgeholt hat, uns Informationen und Unterlagen zu Rethymno und Umgebung gegeben hat (Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Badestrand, Ausflugziele in der Nähe etc.) und uns auch in den nächsten Tagen immer wieder neu Auskünfte geben konnte und vieles für uns organisiert hat. Das Appartement war stattlich groß, hochwertig (das große Bett hatte eine einteilige gute Matratze), sauber und immer täglich gereinigt (neue Handtücher sooft man wollte). Es gab Wein-und Sektflaschen als Empfangsgeschenk im Zimmer sowie reichlich Obst und Mineralwasser das täglich nachgelegt wurde. Für den Strandgang bekamen wir Badetücher und Sonnenschirme. Trotz der Lage mitten in der Altstadt war es im Hotel sehr ruhig, das gilt sicher immer besonders für Appartements wie unseres das "nach hinten" heraus lag. Alles in allem war also das Afroditi und besonders mit Yannis als Gastgeber die bestmögliche Unterbringung für einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Rethymno auf Kreta.
(Yannis zahlreiche kleine Abschiedsgeschenke zu Land, Kultur und Kulinarik waren dann der Schlusspunkt dazu)

We arrived late, in the dark, due to a late ferry. It was tricky finding parking and the hotel but when we did it was a great experience. The owner checked us in and gave us a ton of information. The room had absolutely everything you could want including a welcome bottle of wine and lovely fruit in the refrigerator. There was a tiny balcony. It was just a short walk to lots of restaurants and shops. We loved it here.

Super Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frisches Obst im Kühlschrank zur Begrüßung. Toplage mitten in der Altstadt und dabei herrlich ruhig.

I loved my stay in Rethymno. My lodgings at Afrodite were beautiful and charming, and I really appreciated the comfortable bed, kitchen amenities and washing machine. But the best thing about staying at Afrodite is Yannis, the exceptionally kind and caring owner. He arranged a wonderful taxi driver, Stelios, to pick me up at the airport, met the taxi a few blocks away and carried my bags to the hotel, and brought me juice, fruit and a bottle of wine when I checked in. Later, when I had a medical concern, he accompanied me to the hospital and stayed there until I was seen by the doctors. Yannis exemplifies the Cretan virtue of "filoxenia."

Outstanding knowledgable and helpful staff.

The host was very helpful in arranging parking and advice on local restaurants and historical sites in the area. The apartment was huge and had a nice outside porch to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning. Our apartment also had a nice peek-a-boo ocean view. The kitchen was fully loaded with lots of extra accoutrements. We needed nothing = The host has been in the business a long time and knows all about customer service and satisfaction ! Over-all an excellent stay !

Amazing location, beautiful building and room. The owner and staff were so lovely, welcoming, helpful and made us feel like VIP guests. We'd love to come back and would stay here again.

Recomand aceasta cazare. Gazda este foarte primitoare. Ne-a oferit multe informaţii utile despre oras, despre locurile de vizitat si unde putem manca. Ne-a ajutat si cu parcarea. La sosire am fost intampinati cu un cadou din partea casei. Camerele curate, spatioase, balcon frumos. Multumesc!

Sijainti oli hyvin lähellä vanhan kaupungin runsasta ravintola- ja palveluvalikoimaa.
Isäntä on aivan mahtava ja auttoi meitä pyytettömästi kaikissa tarpeistamme aivan ilmaiseksi.
Suosittelen lämpimästi ainakin lyhytaikaista majoittumista kohteessa.

Ennyire kedves szállásadóval még soha nem találkoztunk, a hűtő tele volt gyümölcsökkel, részletes eligazítást adott a látnivalókhoz, éttermeket ajánlott és a végén még rengeteg kis ajándékot is kaptunk.
