Agradabel, muy cómodo.
Pros:

Tranquilo, parquing gratuito muy comodo, desayuno correcto.
Muy buena calidad relación precio

Cons:

Es practica habitual en la mayoria de hoteles que en pleno verano con más de 30 grados, tengas un nordico como unica solución para tarparte un poco por la noche, incomprensible, tendrían que aprender de su vecina Chequia que solo ponen una sábana.

Pros:

I stayed in this hotel in quite atypical circumstances, as I had got a food poisoning from something I ate in the city the day before, and had to relocate from another hotel to this one, to stay an extra night in Mostar and be able to recover before travelling further. This room (and its AC!) felt like a life-saver, and gave me the restful night that I so badly needed. The staff were also smiley and friendly, and made all efforts so that I could check in earlier than usual. I can't be a good judge on the breakfast, as my stomach wasn't yet ready to enjoy it fully, but it seemed to had a large and varied offer. The location is a bit distant from the old town, but still easily walkable, and right next to the famous abandoned sniper tower (and many inspiring examples of street art, in the tower and the surrounding streets).

Pros:

All is nice and clean, caffee at the ground floor is nice. Convenient parking.
Even the offer for breakfast was not great, after I asked for additional tomatoes the guy brought great tomatos from Herzegovina, only for us :)

Cons:

The breakfast was rather poor in terms of wuality and also the restaurant where breakfast is served.

Очень добродушный персонал. Хорошие номера. Просто прекрасный тренажерный зал

Cons:

Когда ты приходишь на завтрак, становится понятно, что отель не стоит своих денег. Во-первых, мы пришли за 50 минут до окончания завтрака и во многим позициям были пустые тарелки или какие-то объедки. Я специально ждал минут, 30 но фрукты никто не донёс.
Во-вторых, отель позиционирует себя как четыре звезды, но Кофемашина делает растворимый кофе. Серьёзно? На завтраке растворимый кофе может делать кофемашина в самом старом отеле Египта без звёзд. Когда ты приезжаешь в прекрасный город Мостар, ты ожидаешь совсем другого.
В-третьих, в кафе внизу абсолютно нет никакой еды кроме сладостей и кофе. Повторюсь, отель позиционирует себя как четыре звезды. Мы платим довольно большие деньги за номера и ожидаем стандарт качества, но это по стандарта нет.

Ako ponovo idem u Mostar, ponovo biram hotel Mostar.
Pros:

Hotel je na odličnoj lokaciji. Osoblje je bilo divno, dva muškarca na recepciji, ne zna se koji je ljubazniji, profesionalniji i uslužniji. Soba je bila čista, kao i kupatilo. Preporuka.

Staff poco accogliente, senza sorriso , informazioni date a stento , arrivati nella sala colazione nessuno ci ha accolti né salutati , durante la colazione hanno continuato a parlare tra di loro , addirittura un cameriere si è messo a guardare la televisione alzando il volume per sentire meglio … !!! Non è un servizio da 4 stelle !
