Cons:

La pulizia della camera nella dependance. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere espressamente il cambio lenzuola non effettuato dopo 5 giorni e pulizia sotto al letto. Ma appena segnalato hanno provveduto

La piscina e l'area wellness: molto ampie e belle. Il menù era ricco e variegato.

Cons:

La pulizia delle camere e la reception: la camera era sporca; la ventola del bagno non funzionava e, nonostante lo avessimo fatto presente, non è stata riparata; in più, al momento del saldo, avevano calcolato la tassa di soggiorno anche le figlie minorenni, che non avrebbero dovuto pagare ed abbiamo fatto presente noi l'errore, a quel punto, hanno corretto l'importo.

Sehr gutes Essen, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Es fehlen einige gewohnte und übliche Kleinigkeiten, wie frei verfügbares Obst und Getränke in der Sauna, Schwimmbad und Lobby, um das Hotel als komfortabel zu bezeichnen. Auch deutlich erkennbarer Sanierungsrückstau, vor allem in der Lobby.
