Traumhafte Auszeit in einem wunderschönen Hotel mit extrem freundlichem Service!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt an einer wunderschönen Lage, direkt am Schwarzsee. Ins Zentrum von Kitzbühel ist es nicht weit, gute Anbindung an den ÖV.
Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, man wird als Gast sehr geschätzt und es werden einem alle Wünsche erfüllt.
Im ganzen Hotel wird auch auf die Sauberkeit geachtet.
Alles top, weiter so! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles Bestens und gerne wieder!
Pros:

Service, Frühstück und Küche waren wirklich erstklassig. Die in der Halbpension inbegriffene Mittagsjause überbrückt den Zeitraum zwischen Frühstück und Abendessen bestens sollte man hier Hunger haben. Die Räumlichkeiten sind modern, sauber und bestens gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind mit allem was man braucht top ausgestattet. Das Personal ist stets bemüht und freundlich! Die Lage direkt am See sowie dem Rundwanderweg laden förmlich zum Baden und täglichen Spaziergängen ein. Hier stimmt wirklich alles. Gerne wieder!

Cons:

Der einzige Kritikpunkt war eine Veranstaltung im darunterliegenden Steghaus die bis um 3:30 Uhr morgens gedauert hat und ziemlich laut war. Wäre es nicht so heiß gewesen hätte man allerdings die massive und gut schallisolierte Balkontüre schließen können und so vermutlich kaum etwas mitbekommen. So hatte man in dieser einen Nacht die Wahl zwischen zu warm oder zu laut. Aber insgesamt beruht diese "Kritik" wohl eher auf einer Verkettung unglücklicher Umstände. Trotzdem würde ich den Betreibern empfehlen im Interesse der Hotelgäste während der Sommermonate solche Veranstaltungen zeitlich und im Rahmen der Nachtruhe zu begrenzen. Sonst wie gesagt alles bestens!

Fantastic hotel, great location and lovely staff
Pros:

The hotel was amazing, great location, walkable to Kitzbuhl in 30mins, beautifully decorated, lovely staff, great breakfast. Could not fault anything other than air conditioning would have been great in the rooms as it was extremely hot and the rooms were too warm. Otherwise a fantastic stay and experience and we’d love to come back in the winter.

The only negative for us was no air conditioning in the rooms

Sehr eine schöne Gegend direkt am Schwarzsee ,ganz toll zum entspannen. Wunderbarer Pool mit Sicht auf den See. Zimmer sehr groß .Feine Runde um den See zu spazieren. Einfach in der Natur . Hotel tip top vom Empfang ,Service beim Essen (sehr aufmerksam )und dem Reinigungspersonal alles top .Essen ein Traum.Bei der Abreise noch ein selbst gebackenes Brot mitbekommen .
Beim Steghaus ganz entspannte Musik wo uns sehr gut gefallen hat .
Schöner Spaziergang auch ins Zentrum nicht weit .Wir kommen wieder ,vielen dank für die schönen Tage.

Cons:

Nachts leider keine Straßenbeuchtung vom Zentrum zum Hotel in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Schwarzsee wenn man zu Fuß geht .
Wetter hat nicht ganz mitgespielt hätten gerne noch das Picknick am See gemacht .
