Spacious Hotel in Quiet and Posh Location

I will recommend if you guys could control late night noise. Families will never be comfortable with this

Noise till late night , no sound proofing

Smoking shouldn’t be allowed in corridors , i stayed in top floor and there was smell all around in corridors

Unacceptable lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and basic comfort in cold conditions.
Pros:

The good location and the hotel staff were nice.

Cons:

We did not have any functioning heating system in a city where the temperature was around 4°C. The hotel only had air conditioning, and the radiators were not working. We contacted the reception, and they brought us small portable heaters, which were completely ineffective.
The toilets were not clean, and the Muslim shower was leaking and spraying water everywhere. The TVs in both rooms were not working at all, they were just decorations. The bedding provided was not clean.
We ordered chai, and it was served in dirty cups.

Dust had clearly been swept and hidden behind the curtains, as if assuming we would not notice it.
Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort of the room were far below acceptable standards
