I liked this property in past and recommended as well to my friends and family members as well. But recent experince was terrible. Property need some renovation. Washroom leaking. Bedsheets not looks fresh. Basic things missing like dental kits and comb. Kitchen staff is next level unprofessional. Ordered paid breakfast in room ans they severed raw uncooked eggs instead of boiled eggs. Informed kitchen staff and there were like we do not give it f.....k. Next day ordered breakfast and after two hours I checked with kitchen why it has not been served and they were like oh sir we severed this in wrong room. I hope someone from senior management/owner read this and save this property from unprofessional staff.

Based on access to different areas it’s a good place to stay

Food was quite expensive and wasn’t worth the money, not only the taste but it wasn’t served warm & fresh, the toiletries weren’t restocked even after pointing out

Signature of Sophistication & Comfort for those who Value Class
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome, multiple options included English, Pakistani, All time favourite, very well presented. The bread basket was immaculate and full of enriched products. Location wise it's in the heart of city, next to M.M Alam Road. Every hustle bustle around and convenient to access.

Cons:

Fruit Basket was not served on first day for which they regretted, mini bar was not available, though it should have been included while using it is our prerogative.

It was very good i will book again if traveling to Lahore in future.
Pros:

The location was very central with easy access to offices and all good restaurants in Lahore.

Cons:

There is no swimming pool and health facilities in the hotel, one would normally want to relax in hotel after work but unfortunately the only way to relax is to walk in the small park Infront of the hotel which the staff is not aware of the the lap total length.

Pros:

Good comfortable facility.

Cons:

The staff is not cooperative. Especially the front desk. He suspected my guests and ultimately I had to cut short my trip due to his rigid and unaccomodating attitude.
