Peaceful stay
Pros:

The management of staff at this hotel made me keep my stay here. It was an outstanding experience whether you are on a leisure trip or business. The rooms are clean and the facilities in the room and promptness in staff's response is great. Parking is very good and is never short of any parking space whatsoever.

Pros:

The management is very cooperative. They surely know how to tackle any situation. A place where one can stay with ease of mind. A family hotel with a great breakfast and superb team of working staff which is available at all times. The desk management is very hospitable. An educated well groomed front desk staff.

Cons:

The contents of minibar should be replaced with some other new stuff.

Positive stay
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff and good facilities and breakfast.
Overall good value for money

Cons:

WiFi has issues on two out of 4 days of stay.
Also, couple of requests were not completed (asked for fresh towel and breakfast at 8am instead of 8.30am to allow me to go for an appointment).

Location is great

Cons:

They had no hot water for the whole morning with no arrangements for customers instead they gave me a dirty bucket with barely warm water which I find unhygienic

When the issue was raised with the reception member she had told me she contacted the manager Mr Zaheer apparently he had told his worker (receptionist) if you give any compensation back to the customer he will take that out from her wage which is very disappointing and a disgusting attitude from a so called manager
