Pros:

breakfast buffet, restaurant on site, comfortable bed, good air conditioning, professional check-in, across street large beautiful park perfect for walks after breakfast

Cons:

I couldn't make card payment, probably bank that cooperates with facility does not accept European cards or there was problem with connection So it's good to have cash with you

Pros:

Room was very neat and clean. Hotel staff was very helpful.

Cons:

The pricr has increased almost twofold from last time we were here in January 2024. Also, the buffet menu is limited and repetitive Had the impression they were serving left overs for some days

Pros:

Clean, AC works good and location.

Cons:

Lack of communication:
The lady said that the timing of breakfast starts from 7 am but it started at 9 am.
Wait for warm water for 2 hours but it solved by the lady.
Mosquitoes in the room were even in the washroom but they sprayed. Thanks 👍
Long wait after order!
No dinner service, said that order via food panda.. even I don't like to eat from outside🥹.

Excuse:
They informed me that due to Eid holidays or lack of staff.

Suggestion:
If you are welcoming the guests even in Eid days then you should accommodate them with entire facilities.
Eid's three days have passed so the excuses are not logical.

Kindly don't mind, I hope it helps you to make better in future.

Pros:

Professional staff, a delicious breakfast, and a great location. The outdoor seating area was very pleasant, and the room was amazingly clean and spacious. Overall, our stay was truly wonderful. we enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend it
