Beautiful area, all green, flowers everywhere
Nice staff, very helpful
Great breakfast at the other hotel, just across the road.
Pools and spa all included in price, a 3 minutes walk trough the entrance.
We asked for a kettle in the room and they imediatly provided one..
We choose the late check out, and for a fee they approved it, and also had free entrance at pools tje whole day.
Free parking just in front of the hotel and good wifi everywhere.

Cons:

The Ac was not functiinal all over the hotel, and it was very hot durring the day especially ( our little child had his afternoon sleeep everyday), but maybe if you don't use the room at noon, this will not be a priblem.
I asked the staff about a solution, and they offered a fan.
And i understand that the issue with Ac will be solved in a few days, so you can choose Etno Hotel without any hesitation

Very tidy, clean, well looked after territory and facilities. Friendly staff.

Cons:

You will benefit if you have a small grocery store on premises. And small spoons were needed in the room.

Очень чистые номера, есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания, также есть входящие с стоимость напитки в минибаре и капсульный кофе. Персонал доброжелательный и всегда готов помочь и дать добрый совет. Прекрасное расположение, чистый воздух. Завтраки и спа-центр, расположенные в соседнем здании, просто великолепны. Даже понравилось, что нужно немного пройтись

Cons:

Не работающий центральный кондиционер. В 30-градусную жару просто невыносимо находиться и спать в номере. Предоставленный вентилятор гонял по комнате горячий воздух и не давал облегчения. Поспать удалось пару часов под утро, когда немного стала приходить прохлада из открытых окон. При бронировании, обязательно уточняйте этот момент. Поэтому немного снизила оценку этой прекрасной гостинице, если бы не отсутствие кондиционера, все было бы отлично

Pros:

Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit ausgesprochen freundlichem Personal. Besonders für Familien ist sie bestens geeignet. Für Kinder gibt es einen kleinen Spielplatz direkt bei der Unterkunft, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Die Therme ist außerdem in wenigen Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswerter Ort für einen entspannten Familienurlaub.

Проживали в бунгало. Комфортный домик с двумя спальнями. Удобные кровати. Очень чисто. Есть капсульная кофемашина и по паре капсул кофе и чая. В холодильнике по две бутылочки воды с газом и без газа, и сока. Есть все принадлежности для душа. Отличные завтраки в отеле Мовенпик, на любой вкус. Прекрасная зона бассейнов, саун и бань. На свежем воздухе в бассейне находиться одно удовольствие!

Cons:

Снизила оценку за комфорт на 1 балл из-за небольших неудобств, с которыми пришлось столкнуться: в домике 3 плохо уходила вода в раковине. Если вам захочется вечерком выпить чая, то лучше привезти его с собой. Электрический чайник есть, а пакетиков чая нет) Нет ни одной чайной ложечки. Мы отказались от уборки на следующий день после приезда, нам не пополнили бар водой. Поэтому воду тоже надо везти с собой. И ещё: мы брали ужин шведский стол, на мой взгляд, все, что было я попробовала, было вкусно. Но напиток (чай, кофе или сок) нужно дополнительно оплачивать. В стоимость шведского стола входила только вода. Такие небольшие нюансы)
