A wonderful holiday just 30 minutes from the city
Pros:

A comfortable and cosy holiday house. During the hot summer, the air conditioning kept the house pleasantly cool. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. There were also a lot of amazing swimming pools in the spa complex, with a great view! The staff were excellent, including a Russian-speaking employee.

Everything was super perfect and I was prepared to rate 10 for the stay.
Awesome personnel, very rich and tasty food, very clean spaces, numerous awesome child activities, a lot of additional available services, great spa.

Cons:

However, last night spoiled everything.
It is supposed to be a family hotel with a lot of awesome child activities. Then one night a restaurant on the territory hosted an event. Loud music making our whole bungalow jump lasted till midnight. Should I say that my kids did not sleep till the end of the party? I do understand that hotel makes money but why it does not care about guests who were NOT at the party but also paid money? If it is a family hotel welcoming kids, why there are no obligatory quiet hours on the territory?
