Pros:

Ένα φιλόξενο ξενοδοχείο που θα το συστήσω ανεπιφύλακτα!
Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό με χαμόγελο πάντα!Χαιρόμασταν να καθόμαστε στο άνετο σαλόνι του!Εύκολη πρόσβαση έξω από την πόλη της Δράμας με πολύ χώρο για parking!!!

Pros:

Η καθαριότητα ήταν πάρα πολύ καλή. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό. Το δωμάτιο ζεστό.

Cons:

Το πρωινό ήταν κάτω του μετρίου για ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων. Περιμέναμε σε ουρά για να σερβιριστούμε και ο μπουφές ήταν άδειος. Πρόσθεσαν φαγητό δεν λέω, απλά θα έπρεπε να είναι σε μεγαλύτερη αίθουσα με περισσότερο προσωπικό.

Το πρω ι νό ήταν μαζικής παραγωγής, χωρίς τοπικό χαρακτήρα και μέτρια ποιότητα.

Cons:

Ο χώρος του πρω ι νου δεν είναι αρκετός για τον αριθμό των επισκεπτών σε αντίθεση με τους υπόλοιπους χώρους που ήταν υπεραρκετοί.

Pros:

Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο και κοινόχρηστοι χώροι καθώς και πάρκινγκ. Πήγαμε χειμώνα οπότε για πισίνα δεν έχω άποψη. Γενικά καθαρό ξενοδοχείο.

Cons:

Οι χώροι και τα δωμάτια σίγουρα χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση για 4αστερο. Κλείσαμε σουίτα με υδρομασάζ το οποίο και δεν δούλευε... Κατά τα άλλα καμία ουσία στο να πληρώσεις σουίτα, καθως δεν είχε καμία ιδιαίτερη παροχή. Ζητήσαμε ένα διαφορετικου τύπου μαξιλάρι αλλά ο κύριος στην υποδοχή μας είπε λίγο πολύ όλα ίδια είναι. Επίσης κάτι που δεν αναφέρει πουθενά το ξενοδοχείο είναι πως υπάρχει αίθουσα εκδηλώσεων και την πρώτη μας βραδιά είχε δυνατή μουσική και άτομα που φώναζαν έως και τις 11 τη νύχτα. Το χειρότερο όλων πάντως ήταν το πρωινό. Πλην της ένδειας επιλογών και της χαμηλής ποιότητας προϊόντων το χειρότερο όλων ήταν πως λόγω έλλειψης χώρου και ενόσω πίναμε τον καφέ μας, μας ζητήθηκε να φύγουμε για να φάνε άλλοι. Σε σεβασμό του κόσμου που περίμενε με παιδιά φυσικά και το κάναμε αλλά είναι κόντρα σε κάθε έννοια φιλοξενίας και εξυπηρέτησης. Λόγω εορτών και ονειρουπολης προφανώς και έχουν μέγιστη πληρότητα αλλά τα 400€ για αυτές τις ελάχιστες παροχές για 2 βραδιά είναι υπερβολικά πολλά. Αρπαχτη της μιας φοράς και του χρόνου πάλι θα βρούμε νέους πελάτες...
