Important information:

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Ideal y excelente relación precio/calidad
Pros:

La ubicación, el personal, el desayuno tenía poca variedad pero lo importante es que siempre estaba riquísimo, se sentía preparado con amor. Te ayudan a coordinar el transporte del aeropuerto. El aire acondicionado muy bien. Encantados!

Charged 10% extra. Dishonest, illegal.
Pros:

The location was great - near Kennedy Park and many restaurants. The initially advertised price was good, if they didn't dishonestly add a 10% extra fee.

Cons:

Hotel charged 10% extra "Service Fee", not disclosed on the booking.com page, but messaged after booking. This is illegal in my home country, and I believe would be of interest to the Tourist Police in Peru as well.

Stingy, cheap, and behaves even cheaper.
Pros:

Good location, but aged, about a 2 star accomodation. 24/7 reception.

Cons:

Takeaway breakfast - pretty bad - but better than nothing. On the day we didn't even have breakfast, they wouldn't even give us a free water that we would have got if we had gone to breakfast.

We even paid for an extra night we didn't even stay (for convenience with luggage) - charged full price - even though the place is pretty much empty.

Pros:

La ubicación, aire acondicionado en estas fechas, el desayuno y las personas. El desayuno sobre todo tenían buenas opciones ^^

Cons:

En la página sale que la habitación con dos camas tiene hidromasaje, y cuando entramos no había :/ error en la descripción.

Espectacular
Pros:

El hotel es excelente, muy cómodo, habitaciones muy confortables, camas extraordinarias. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo y rodeado de restaurantes. Destaco también la atención del personal, siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad. Gran hotel.
