Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel.
Sauberes Zimmer, weiches Bett.
Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Frühstücksbuffet vielfältig & das Abendessen genial. Die Jause ab 14.00Uhr war ebenfalls lecker.
Schöner, sauberer Wellnessbereich - Badetasche mit Bademantel und ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden.
Phyrn Priel activecard inklusive.

Sauna erst ab 11.00Uhr bzw. 12:30Uhr offen.
Nur ein (für mich persönlich) kleiner Kopfpolster.

Beautiful Setting, but Expectations Are Not Fully Met for This Price Category

The hotel is located in beautiful surroundings, with wonderful views and a lovely pool and garden area.
The Staff were kind and helpful.
Spa, with a panorama sauna.

Cons:

Considering the price level and category of the hotel, we expected a significantly higher standard overall:

Breakfast: There was no fresh juice, the choice of fruit was very limited (mainly apples and brown/overripe bananas), and on the third morning there was not even any plant-based milk available. For the price we paid, we would expect more.

The Wi-Fi did not work.

Food: Food is average. The Wiener Schnitzel from the children's menu was extremely thick, tough, and chewy. It was one of the worst Schnitzels we have ever had.

Lunch: Water, coffee, and tea were not included with lunch and had to be paid for separately. Given the overall price level of the hotel, this felt rather disappointing.

Facilities: The indoor pool was quite basic, while the gym offered very little equipment.

Bathroom amenities: Conditioner and body lotion, etc were not provided. No water pressure in the shower.

Family accommodation: For a family of four, the additional sleeping arrangement was an opened sofa bed, which was quite uncomfortable.

Service: While most staff members were friendly and welcoming, one waiter was noticeably rude, which unfortunately left a negative impression.

Eine sehr nette Auszeit mit allen Komforten!
Pros:

Alle Mahlzeiten waren hervorragend! Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig - 5 Minuten zu Fuss zum Ortszentrum, aber oberhalb des Ortes, sodass man die Ruhge geniessen kann.
Das personal war äusserst freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell.
Ich komme sicher wieder und werde das Hotel weiter empfehlen!

Pros:

Krásný venkovní bazén vyhřívaný a k tomu i vnitřní. Velká sauna s krásným výhledem na hory. A jídlo bylo taky skvělé. Místo pro relax jako stvořené, doporučuji všemi 10.
