Enttäuschend getäuscht
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel von Velden, dennoch nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen direkt neben dem Hotel zur Verfügung. Der Gartenbereich mit dem Swimmingpool ist das Highlight dieser Unterkunft. Der Frühstücksraum ist modern eingerichtet; das Frühstück selbst ist gut, aber die Auswahl ist sehr begrenzt.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Doppelzimmer gebucht, da dieser Zimmertyp im Vergleich zum Standard-Doppelzimmer 24 Quadratmeter statt 18 Quadratmeter groß ist. Uns wurde Zimmer 9 zugewiesen. Als wir uns beschwerten, beharrte der Geschäftsführer darauf, dass Zimmer 9 ein Deluxe-Doppelzimmer sei. Wir haben das Zimmer ausgemessen, und es ist 3,9 m x 4,8 m groß – keineswegs 24 Quadratmeter. Das Badezimmer ist winzig. Weder das Zimmer noch das Badezimmer sehen so aus wie auf den Fotos. Das Doppelbett steht unter einem Fenster, das auf ein Dach blickt, auf dem vier Klimaanlagen nebeneinander aufgereiht sind und mit ihrer üblichen Lautstärke laufen. Ein Vorhang soll das Licht abhalten, ist aber leider 5 Zentimeter zu kurz, sodass das Morgenlicht direkt hereinströmt. Wir mussten uns im Bett so umlagern, dass unsere Füße zum Kopfende zeigten, damit uns das Licht und der Lärm der Klimaanlagen nicht direkt störten. Meiner Meinung nach ist Zimmer 9 nicht einmal als Doppelzimmer geeignet. Schon gar nicht als Deluxe-Doppelzimmer. Dem Geschäftsführer sind all diese Probleme hinsichtlich der Zimmergröße, der Klimaanlagen direkt unter dem Fenster und des Bettes bekannt … Es ist sehr enttäuschend, dass wir hier so getäuscht wurden.

Pros:

La struttura bella accogliente nuova, eccellente colazione e servizio, tutto pulito e molto tranquillo in zona residenziale tra la natura verde con una piccola piscina molto gradevole

Cons:

Un pò distante dal centro ma a piedi in 10 minuti lo raggiunge con una bella passeggiata pure piacevole
