Nettes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung und top Lage
Pros:

Lage ist top (Skibus direkt vor dem Hotel nach Itter oder Hofgarten) mit Skikeller, Wellnessbereich, Hallenbad, Frühstück war sehr gut, Zimmer in Ordnung, alles sauber, jeden Tag liebevoll die Betten gemacht und geputzt.

Cons:

Zimmer war in Ordnung aber jetzt nicht top. Alles sauber, aber ich bin kein Fan von roten Teppichböden.

Rundum ein gutes Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super zum Skifahren. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Der Wellnessbereich schön, die Saunen schön heiß. Infrarotkabinen ein nettes Extra. Der Pool war ausreichend obschon recht kalt. Sauna, Parken u WLan kostenfrei.

Cons:

Leider sind die Essenzeiten sehr begrenzt und auch für Skifahrer sehr spät. Frühstück erst ab 7:30 Uhr. Da der Lift um 8 Uhr öffnet und auch der Skibus früh abfährt, ist das zu knapp. Abendessen auch erst ab 18:00 Uhr.
Die Kaffeesituation am Buffet morgens ist auch stressig. Zwei Maschinen und alle wollen früh gleichzeitig Kaffee. Alle im Zeitdruck um zum Lift zu kommen. Das war unentspannt. Kännchen am Tisch würden da Abhilfe schaffen. Das Essen aber gut und ausreichend Auswahl.

Waren mit dem Rad unterwegs und die Lage dafür war super!Das Essen top,personal top

Frühstück war OK . Lage war super !

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr alt und renovier bedürftig.Das Waschbecken im Bad sehr klein, man konnte sich nicht gut das Gesicht waschen.

Det hele. Vi var der kun en overnatning på vej til Italien og det var alt for lidt. Hotellet ligger i de skønneste omgivelser.

Cons:

1 mal wurde unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt.
Frühstück war nur von 8 Uhr bis 9:30. bisschen zu kurz.

Super Lage, großer Parkplatz, die (Schi)Busstation ist direkt vor der Tür
Die Zimmer sind geräumig, wir hatten ein Eck Zimmer mit 2 Balkonen - nach Süden und Westen ausgerichtet, so fein
Kleines, feines Spa mit 2x Sauna, Dampfbad, Infrarot und mehr - sowie kinderfreiem Ruhebereich

Cons:

Uns war das Wasser im Pool leider zu kühl und etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist es dass man vom Café in den Poolbereich hineinsieht.
Das Café hat Mittags und Abends geöffnet, Kaffe und Kuchen/Eis am Nachmittag gibt es nicht

Würde hier nicht noch einmal übernachten

Cons:

Mageres Frühstück. Wenig Besteck und Telller.
Man durfte nur den einen Teller benutzen was auf dem Tisch stand. Kein Korb für Brötchen oder so.
Überhaupt wurde mit allem gespart.
Man durfte nur dort sitzen wo es zugewiesen wurde.
Ich habe dann gesagt, dass ich dort nicht sitzen möchte da ich mich dann unwohl fühle.
Die Antwort war „ die Chefin möchte es so“
Nach hin und her durfte , da ich das Frühstück schon abbrechen wollte ; durfte ich weniger zentral sitzen, trotzdem hätte ich diesen Platz nicht gewählt.
Die Amtwort war, „ es geht aber nicht anders“.
Infra Sauna durfte man nur zu einer bestimmten kurzen Zeit benutzen.
