Schönes Hotel in toller Lage mit einigen Schönheitsfehlern

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal, sehr schöner Pool und Gartenanlage.

Über Booking gebuchte Zimmer sind immer im Landhaus, das steht so nicht in der Beschreibung auch die Booking-Zimmerbeschreibung „obere Etage“ bedeutet im Hotel 1. Etage, für 2. und 3. Etage ist ein Zuschlag vor Ort fällig. Generell hat man das Gefühl, wer über Booking bucht bekommt die schlechteren Zimmer. Vor Ort haben wir 3/4 Pension plus gebucht. Getränke von 12 Uhr bis 21 Uhr inklusive (alkoholfreie Getränke, Bier und Wein). Im weiteren gehörte laut Hotel dazu „14:00 - 16:00 Uhr einen feinen Nachmittags-Schmaus. Immer auf Ihr ganzheitliches Wohlbefinden bedacht, bieten wir Ihnen eine schmackhafte Auswahl an leichten vitaminreichen Salaten, herzhaften Suppen, sowie regionalen Schmankerln und Mehlspeisen.“ Das trifft so nicht zu, es gab in der ganzen Woche keinen Salat, keine regionalen Schmankerl oder Mehlspeisen. Es gab 3x gebratenen Leberkäse, 2x Pasta, 1x verschiedene Würstchen. Dazu jeweils Wurst- und Köseaufschnitt und verschiedene Sahneschnitten (ca. 3x3 cm und aufgetaute TK-Ware). Wir haben nichts regionales oder Tirol-typisches entdeckt. Schade ein Apfel- oder Topfenstrudel wäre sehr schön gewesen. Das 6 Gänge Abendmenü war ausgezeichnet. Frühstück reichlich und schmackhaft mit guter Auswahl, leider waren an 3 Tagen die Croissants aus und kamen auch nicht wieder.

Per essere un hotel a 4 stelle mi sarei aspettata qualche accortezza in più. Bisognava servirsi da soli le bevande e la maggior parte delle volte bisognava prendersi anche le posate. Lo trovo inaccettabile per il prezzo pagato. Non mi è mai capitato anche che l’hotel offrisse piscina e sauna e che non desse in dotazione delle ciabattine. In camera ci è stata ‘offerta’ dell’acqua di benvenuto da una caraffa aperta, senza neanche un tappo.

Great location. Very nice staff, even suggested to give as a ride to the village center

no air condition in the room. It is not marked as if there is one, so we knew that before we came but it was a little hot even at night

Top Adresse in Reith für Wellness- und Aktivurlauber
Pros:

Dieses Hotel lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Hier arbeitet das Management direkt an der Basis mit, so dass es dem Gast an wirklich nichts fehlt. Das Personal ist sehr gastfreundlich. Wir haben die Saunasessions sehr genossen und der beheizte Aussenpool war zu keiner Zeit überfüllt. Die Ausflugstipps haben wir gern genutzt. Großes Lob an die Küche: Jeden Tag eine andere stimmige Menüauswahl.
Wir möchten uns bei allen recht herzlich bedanken. Wir empfehlen euch gern weiter und können uns einen weiteren Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall vorstellen. Top!

Vielen Lieben Dank an das Hotel. Ich könnte das Zimmer nochmal wechseln, in ein ruhigeres.
Alles passte perfekt.

Vegan friendly hotel, amazing!
Pros:

Amazing hotel!!
I’ve never stayed at a wellness hotel before, and it was far beyond expectations.
The food was incredible, especially as a vegan. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten so well on a trip!
The spa, swimming pool, gym, yoga, and massage treatments were also amazing.
(The spa took some getting used to as a British person, as I’m not used to that level of nudity in saunas, but that’s a me problem, not a them problem!).
I was also extremely impressed at the organisation of activities….
We joined an organised hike (which was free with our booking!) and a snowshoe hike (€20pp, which was a bargain).
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Our room was lovely. Everything was clean.
Good views.
Easy to get to from airport.
Honestly, zero complaints.
