Incredible hotel plus vegan menu
Pros:

This hotel is a true four star experience. Food-wise, half the menu is plant based so we were very happy to not have to worry about our choices. Very delicious too. Plant yoghurt and plant milk with oats, seeds, fruit for breakfast was perfect. Staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. Sauna is luxury (go naked) and indoor/outdoor pool arrangement is very clever, allowing me my traditional birthday cold water immersion (a bit of the outdoor pool is accessible from indoors and water is outside temp - this was Jan). Ski bus stops outside but only a couple of times in the morning and afternoon, otherwise it’s a 10-15 min walk into town. We would definitely visit again as it’s such a great hotel.

The spa area, the outdoor swimming pool, the breakfast, the New Year’s Eve Fireworks

Cons:

Some room facilities not suitable for older people and outdated, the service team was often stressed and over loaded especially during dinner. Front desk attitude was very inconsistent - from very helpful to rude and annoyed.

Pros:

Staff, Anna at the reception, Mihai at the restaurant and Vanessa yoga instructor were the best but all staff were very friendly and enjoy helping customers

Cons:

If only there are hottubs would be perfect. It was a cultural thing but naked sauna is not very inclusive for everyone

An amazing and relaxing hotel
Pros:

A relaxing and pampering hotel. We were served wine on the terrace even before checking into our room. We received comfortable rooms with a connecting door. It was very convenient that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. The breakfast was very nice, and the six-course dinner was an amazing expeirence — some dishes suited our taste more than others. The staff was kind and helpful.

The pools were not warm enough but large.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le professionnalisme d’un des serveurs (son prénom commençait par un M je crois). Il faisait l’effort de nous parler en Français et était très impliqué dans le service.

Cons:

Le fait que parfois les buffets semblaient insuffisants pour tout le monde qui était là, le prix pour 2 chiens alors qu’ils ne pouvaient être que dans la chambre (240€ pour deux chiens pendant 6 nuits alors que dans un autre hôtel où il peuvent aller partout ça nous avait coûté le même prix et ils avaient même eu un panier)

Gute Lage mit einem schönen Garten, Pool, Terrasse .

Cons:

Die Qualität des Essens, insbesondere des Frühstücks hat mich enttäuscht. Ich empfand die Qualität als höchstens mittelmässig, die Darbietung z.T. nicht gut.
