Das IDEO LUX Hotel ist für uns bei unseren Autofahrten in die Türkei ein fester Zwischenstopp, wenn wir unterwegs eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit benötigen. Die direkte Lage an der Autobahn ist sehr praktisch und spart viel Zeit.
Besonders gefallen haben uns die freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter, die stets bemüht sind, den Gästen den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, sodass man sich nach einer langen Fahrt gut erholen kann.
Wir können dieses Hotel allen Reisenden, die auf dem Weg in die Türkei oder zurück unterwegs sind, gerne weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt ist uns jedoch aufgefallen, dass einige Bereiche des Hotels inzwischen renovierungsbedürftig wirken. Die Zimmer zeigen im Vergleich zu früher deutliche Gebrauchsspuren, die Teppiche wirken teilweise verschmutzt und die Armaturen an Waschbecken und Dusche könnten eine Wartung oder Erneuerung vertragen.

Highly recommended — we'd happily stay again
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Villa 15 Center. Everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was excellent. Communication was smooth, and we felt welcome throughout our stay. We would happily return and highly recommend it to others. A perfect 10/10 experience

– Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Sehr freundliches Personal, insbesondere Kellner. Gute Ausstattung und saubere, gepflegte Bereiche. Die Lage und der Komfort haben überzeugt. Kleiner Minuspunkt war der Teppichboden im Zimmer, der für meinen Geschmack nicht ideal war. Insgesamt aber ein gutes Hotel mit solidem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Eigentlich gar nichts hat uns gefallen, als wir dort ankamen gab es sehr laute Musik ( ein Geburtstagsfeier) der bis 21.00 Uhr dauern sollte. Nur Zimmer sah schön aus

Ungenießbare laute Musik, wir wussten nicht dass am Wochenenden verschiedene Feiern und Hochzeiten stattfinden. Dadurch konnten wir nicht mal unser Abendessen im Restaurant entspannt genießen. ABER das Alptraum war dass wir kein warmwasser im Zimmer hatten!!! Fast 2 Stunden sind wir hingehalten worden dass das Problem 10 Minuten gelöst wird. Nach dem ich auf einem konkreten Lösung bestanden habe und mit Beschwerde bei booking.com ausgesprochen habe haben sie uns weitergeleitet ins hanliegenden Hotel
