Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt
Pros:

Lage trotz Straßennähe sehr ruhig, man kann sich gemütlich zusammensetzen. Das Gastein mobility ticket ist auch eine gute Idee und man braucht im ganzen Tal daher kein Auto.

man ist zu Fuß sofort im Zentrum (Gehweg 5-10 Minuten), kein Lärm

Cons:

Rezeption war beim Check-In nicht besetzt (Besitzer hat wohl nebenan geschlafen - musste mehrmals läuten bis jemand kommt); Zimmer musste dann im Hotel selbstständig gesucht werden; Ausstattung sehr veraltet - was kein Problem gewesen wäre, wenn es sauber wäre - leider war v.a. das Bad sehr schmutzig (v.a. Boden, Dusche, Waschbecken), schwarzer Schimmel in Dusche; im gesamten Hotel abgestandener modriger Geruch
Für den Preis erwartet man nicht viel, aber sauber sollte es schon sein!

Einziger Vorteil Parkplatz vor der Türe

Stark renovierungsbedürftig, kaputte Stiegen, Schimmel im Bad, Heizkörper funktioniert schwach bis gar nicht, Böden natürlich sehr kalt, auch im Badezimmer wo man normalerweise keine Socken mehr anhat, Fliesen kaputt und Duschkopf leider auch

Nichts hat mir gefallen... Ich hatte boocking vertraut gehabt und es ist das letzte mal das ich be ihnen buche..
Eingangs Treppen sind schon kaputt ,hohe Verletzungs Gefahr ... die Zimmer richt extrem nach domestos, die Badezimmer ist schimmel und riecht sehr schlecht...

Binn in zwei Tage ausgezogen...

Es ist so herunter gekommen, das ich in zwei Tagen ausgeschenkt habe... der person an Rezeption war nie da ..als ich ihn bei der essraum gefragte hatte ,dass ich auschecken möchte hat noch nichtmal ausgeschenkt wollen.. Ich sollte die Schlüssel von der Zimmer einfach an Rezeption lassen
