Hotel Neapol

Останавливались на 1 ночь, в целом пререканий нет, кроме весьма странного декора номера-голубые стены, красные шторы, фиолетовый подголовник кровати:)

The neighborhood is excellent, very safe and clean. The building is old and the interior common spaces look worn. The room and bathroom is small, very nice, modern and clean. The water in the shower (morning noon or night) never was hot, only warm on the cool side. The price is close to higher rated hotels, but not in city center.

O hotel tem uma localização ótima, porém só isso que agradou. Quartos minúsculos. Atendentes super mal educadas, com exceção de apenas uma loira, que foi muito gentil. Toda vez que íamos fazer algum pedido ou solicitar informação, era sempre com muito mal humor e má vontade. Sem elevador. Café da manhã fraco. Na recepção Minúscula não existe banheiro.

Era un lugar con arreglos que lo ambientaban en una época pasada. Muchos detalles, bastante cómodo, limpio y agradable.

Solo faltó más amabilidad del personal de cocina.

Por lo demás el establecimiento era excelente. Recepcionistas que manejaban inglés perfecto y que resolvían dudas, incluso desde sus casas.

Neapol is located in a very quiet, safe area. There is hardly anyone walking at night. It is convenient in the sense that there are lots of mini markets or semi-large grocery stores that will fulfill all your needs just around every corner, however it is very very far from the metro. It is not advisable to haul your luggage unless you only have a carryon. We stayed for 2 nights. The first night we were in room 408 which had a sloped ceiling and was very difficult to maneuver. it is very tiny as we stayed in the least expensive room. we mentioned this difficulty and they said they could move us to another room, same size, the next day. The next day we packed our bags and carried them down 4 flights (no lift in hotel) and we were told the room would be ready but there would be a charge for the move. As it was the same size room but without a sloped ceiling, and we were not advised earlier of the charge, we felt out of principal that this was bad customer service & extremely sneaky. After some arguing (my husband speaks fluent Russian), they said they would see what they could do even though this was mgmt policy and they just worked there. We did come back to find it was waived and we stayed in room 108. N.B. Room 408 WC while was very clean, smelled weird maybe because the tiles were lifted from the shower leaking. Room 108 -every time you turned on the tap, this loud booming generator sound would come on.

Отличное расположение отеля в центре города, 5 минут до Тверской, 15 минут до Манежной. Новый миниотель, красивый интерьер, приятный персонал, замечательный повар. Завтрак не очень разнообразный, но голодным не уйдешь- сосиски, омлет, блины,нарезка апельсин и яблок, сыр и ветчины. Единственный минус- номер эконом очень маленький ( навеное 6 м2) Кровать стоит вплотную к стене, нет шкафчика для одежды, только вешалка. Но если останавливаться на пару дней- этот минус компенсируется месторасположением. Вода бутилированная в любом количестве, чай, кофе, чайник в номере.

Отличное местоположение отеля, в центре. 10 минут до Охотного ряда. Отель миниатюрный, брали самый дешевый номер, в нем помещается только кровать и тумбочка. Он реально 4 м2, и было холодно, батареи едва греют, кондиционер нагревает комнату часа за два. А обогреватель поставить некуда. . Отель новый, сантехника вся сияет, кормят скромно, но голодным не останешься. Омлет, сосиски, яйца, колбаса , сыр, каша, морс, блины, чай, кофе, нарезка из яблок и апельсин. Но Тверская сияющая в огнях компенсирует все эти неудобства, а до нее 3 минуты.

Hotel is great and service staff was really helpful. Location is superb as near city centre..

It's really nice location for my business trip at moscow and comfortable for me.
also, it's fantastic location for duty free shopping and nice restourant.
room is a little bit small but comortable room for one person or couple.
but breakfirst is not enough good for stay several days since i've been eatten same breakfirst for 5days.

4층 지붕 아래방이었는데.. 엘레베이터도 없었고 문도 열쇠인데 제대로 안열리고..ㅠㅜ 화장실은 환풍기 틀수록 역겨운 냄새가..
아마 방 배정이 운이 없었나봐요..

직원분들은 엄청 이쁘고 잘생기고 친절해요^^
혹시 누가 가신다면 1층 달라고 하셔요
가격대비 위치는 좋고 조식은 완전 별루예요^^

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo hotel che ci ha ospitati nonostante il nostro pochissimo preavviso. L' affidabilità, la gentilezza del personale e la posizione centrale sono i punti forti della struttura. La camera era piccolina ed essenziale ma sempre pulita. Lo staff parla inglese (cosa non da sottovalutare in Russia) Noi lo consigliamo fortemente.

Loved the bed. Memory foam mattress! All the faux luxury was a nice touch too, very Russian!

Great location, helpful and friendly staff, room was clean, very beautiful architecture of the building- would recommend!

The hotel is in a good location within walking distance to the city center. The room and the shower were very small, but very clean.
