Sunfort hotel

A decent small hotel with arrogant staff.
Housekeeping staff is illiterate and have bo manners whatsoever. Breakfast options was good. Rooms were nice and clean. I was with my wife and they gave us a twin bed room instead of a double bed.

The hotel is in an excellent location and very close to liberty market. It offers good breakfast choice. However the hotel itself and rooms are very dated and need some serious refurbishment. People are smoking inside the hotel corridor which is not great for kids and pregnant women. Hotel management should stop them from smoking inside the corridors.

Our room was okay however the bed covers looked old. We didn't have any skin problems so I am assuming they are just over used but cleaned. It had a broken toilet and they tried to fix it multiple times without success. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is a big culture of giving tips in Pakistan so the staff expect tips from you for everything they do.

Overall, our experience was okay but we wouldn't stay in this hotel again as prefer to stay somewhere nice and new.

Booked two rooms for some friends who were coming from Karachi . And was really embarrassed after coming to know about their experience . Central AC system was not working . A complaint was placed but they took 1.5 hrs to change the rooms . Food quality was awful . I will not recommend it to anyone .

Stayed here numerous times over the years and it is looking a bit aged now, the furniture and fittings are getting well worn. The service has been maintained and the courteous staff are first class. If you can negotiate a good price then it is still worth staying here, but the competition has caught up and there are many other alternatives.
Location is perfect for central Lahore and for a stroll around Liberty market, my wife felt safe going shopping on her own around Liberty.
The free transfer service to the airport is also first class.

Hotel was clean with all the facilities. it is safe for females who are travelling alone. Staff was good and courteous. a good option to stay in Lahore. food was good and tasty. located in the centre of the city and very near to liberty market.

Stayed for 2 nights. Room was big and well serviced with air conditioning. Bathroom was OK: reasonably hot water for shower and provision of razor, toothbrush, etc.

TV was mainly local stations but it did have HBO.

Restaurant was quite good. Enough choices to choose from. The only missing piece was a nice coffee. Tried dinner. Happy with what I got.

Quite quiet. But morning prayer did wake me up.

They offered shoe shining service. I didn't ask for it but they cleaned my sneakers well.

The only error was airport pick up. Frankly, it was chaotic was I got out of the airport. Immigration took hours to go through. He missed me and I had to work out my way to get there. Where I reached the hotel, it was 1:00am. Some marks got deducted for this reason.

This used to be one of the best in Lahore. They used to have the best buffet breakfast and their location is great aswell. We stayed here during my teens but i went there recently and it was a shame to see the broken sink, no heating available. The hotel is very tired and in dire need of a refurbishment. I wouldn't go back unless they improve.

Stayed 1 night on an official trip on 3rd Floor. Things that requires management attention are;
1. Uncomfortable pillows that made my night sleep worst;
2. Compressor of the air conditioning needs attention as after every 5 minutes, it is keep turning off despite of the fact that the temperature dial was set for 10 degrees;
3. Although the temperature of the water in shower was reasonably hot, the management still needs to improve the line pressure and temperature for extra hot shower lovers;
4. Rooms are not sound proof and I could hear building constructions noises in the room all day and night long.

Visited several times this Sunfort Hotel. This is one of the Better hotels in Lahore. Room are very comfortable and hygienic. Meal are very good and the services slightly expensive. I would recommend others to try this once upon my advise.

Nice central hotel. Rooms are clean and reasonably priced. Free wifi with good speed. Breakfast Is included with good variety of food.Lots of places to eat and shop nearby within walking distance. Bathroom are clean any with plenty of hot water.

I am a businessman.every month i visit lahore for my business toure.my company recommend this hotel for my stay.but this is low class hotel.house keeping is dead slow.you ask again and again for room makeup but they still dead.
Receptionist is very uncivilized boy.
He insult yours guests.
My plane was 3 nights but i checkout this nonsense hotel.
Its very poor.rooms are heated. Ac is out of order. Staff is dead slow.
If anyone offers me free stay at sunfort hotel liberty market lahore my answer is No No No Never.
I want to stay at road side in my car but sunfort is very poor hotel.

We stayed in this hotel. Lahore can get very hot early in the year. We were made to stay in a room which was directly under the generator. So it was EXTRA HOT and EXTRA NOISY. We didn't sleep well at all the whole night. Despite asking again and again why the AC was not working, nobody bothered explaining that the hotel had not even started air conditioning in the whole hotel (despite the temperature being around 35 C).
The lasagne we ordered was terrible and it was damn expensive and it was too little.
The hotel bill was ridiculously high. I wonder how do such hotels get to charge a high fee for rendering a pretty bad service. So saddening.

A good budget hotel centrally located just adjacent to the famous liberty market of Lahore Pakistan. Rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is ok, but when come out from the hotel you have Lahore traditional food in front of you,try once!

Located in the business hub of liberty in the real heart of Lahore but a bit difficult to find for a first timer. Loads of eateries, markets, shops in walking distance. Room service was very nice although the reception guy was a bit rude and wanted me to pay the bill for eateries on the spot. Free wifi was good, huge lcd was awesome and so was the room decor. The only downside was very poorly lit room with barely any light. Otherwise the room had everything from comb to prayer mat and complimentary mineral water and fruit basket. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety from continental, English to desi cuisine. Overall a good experience.

This was definitely better than Hospitality Inn however the only thing i missed here was a massage parlour. Apart from that, the rooms were clean, furniture was polished and neat washroom (extremely important for me).
The food was a bit expensive but i found it ok for myself. Mostly importantly its very close to the main markets in Lahore so traveling is easy and so is the job of Uber drivers in locating you.

The best thing of Sunfort Hotel is the location, walking distance from Liberty Market , ladies shopping paradise.
A number of good restaurant near by.
The hotel rooms are clean and spacious.
The staff is very helpful and friendly.
The room rates are very reasonable.
It is good place to stay with families.

Suffocating in room and smelly. Blankets and curtains are poor and unclean. Staff is also not cooperative. Lower staff speaks too loudly in corridors. it is averged hotel with high rates. Because located in business area.

Although the location is central and room rent is economical but I was embarrassed with my family as I had to face the following problems

i. AC was not working and only got rectified after desperate calls to reception
ii. AC fan was too noisy (this could not be rectified)
iii. wash basin was leaking thus whenever you use it, most of the wash room space got flooded (only rectified after 12 hours)
iv. bath tub was leaking as well thus the wash room was flooded after you take a bath (not rectified)

The hotel is located right in the heart of Lahore, right next to the busy Liberty Market so you are just a few minutes away from the center of the city.

Very well maintained, the lobby and the rooms are beautiful.

Located in Liberty market Sunfort is a very good value for money because you are in the center of the rapidly expanding Lahore. Do not expect much as the hotel is old and even though they have not re invested in upgrading the property the rooms are decent and clean and you get respectable guests there. The hotel staff is courteous and very personable with you and what the hotel lacks in cosmetic value is soon forgotten by the excellent service - the hotel has problems with internet but the staff alway make sure that they give you a solution quickly - close to all the major banks - food outlets and shopping areas as well as located near by major routes - the hotel is excellent value for money and i would reccomend any family or business traveller to stay there
