Food service is really good, location is great, and staff is very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

When we just moved in, in all three rooms bed sheets were very old, with pellets to the point the sheets looked grey even were washed; but this issue were properly addressed once we asked to make an exchange. Also, poor shower flow in some rooms we booked.

Ein sehr entspannter, interessanter Strandaufenthalt mit Ausflügen nach Kairo, Gyseh und Luxor.
Pros:

Essen war zu jeder Tageszeit sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Der Strand war stets sauber und nah am Hotel. Das Meer und das Hausriff war beeindruckend. Glasklares Wasser. Die Getränkeauswahl im All Inklusive-Preis war ansprechend und mehr als ausreichend. Es gab auch alkoholfreie Softdrinks. Liegen am Strand waren stets ausreichend vorhanden. Matratzen für die Holzliegen wurden gebracht. Strandhandtücher konnte man sich mittels Karten abholen. Personal immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch manchmal für ein Späßchen zu haben.

Cons:

Toiletten waren neben Animationsraum gelegen, schlechter Geruch. Raum selbst nicht einladend. Animationsprogramm abends teilweise nicht ansprechend. Am Strand leider mehrmals täglich von Werbern wegen Wellnessangeboten und Reiseausflügen angesprochen. Teilweise sehr hartnäckig.

The resort is located on the sea shore and rooms overlook the beach.

Cons:

Room was very far from the lobby and restaurant.
No wifi in guest rooms.
Food quality is poor.
No fresh juice or drinks are included in the all inclusive package. If you want fresh juice, you need to pay extra.
Important information about the hotel operators was not clearly communicated with us. For example, we were told we’re entitled to a complimentary dinner at the Italian restaurant and that requires a reservation beforehand. When we attended to take advantage of this offer, we were told that the restaurant is closed and that we needed to make a reservation at least 1 day before. We checked in at 8:30 ish in the evening. We were encouraged to go straight to the restaurant before dinner ended. When we got to the room, we called to request breakfast boxes, but we were told that such requests must be done prior to 9 pm because none of the chefs are available at that time.

The location is good because of silence and beautiful coral beaches. Safaga is not so far away. However take account how you will get to and from the airport, it is about one hour by car.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Receptionist, restaurant manager, animation team, cleaners they all do their best.
The price is good.
Good rooms, I had premium one. My room was amazing.
Nice territory.

I will come back.

Cons:

The food is good but there is a very small choice of it. There is only one small restaurant inside. Italian restaurant sells for money outside the main building. One time you can get for free in Italian restaurant but what you get there for free is not so interesting.

Hausriff grossartig, Zimmer so lala, Essen schlecht.

Wir sind zum Schnorcheln und Tauchen gekommen. Zu unser grossen Überraschung ist das Hausriff VÖLLIG INTAKT !
Die Korallen sind vielfarbig und >90% lebendig. Grosse Fischschwärme - besonders beeindruckend: Riesenschwärme von Grossmaulmakrelen.

Cons:

Wir sind 2022 im Coral Sun Beach gewesen und sind vor allem wegen der Küche hierher zurückgekommen (und natürlich wegen des Hausriffs...). Diesmal waren wir sehr enttäuscht vom Essen. Es war eintönig, wenig schmackhaft und vor allem nie heiss - nur lauwarm bis kalt. Das Zimmer war nicht anheimelnd - abgewohnt (aber sauber).

Bár a szobakra ráférne egy kis ujítgstás, a tisztaság makulátlan.
