Schade für die Weihnachtszeit
Pros:

Das Personal hat sich sehr bemüht die urlaubstage zu verbessern. Der Hund Paula und die anderen Gäste.

Cons:

Zum einen ist es kein 4 Sterne Haus, 3 ok. Die abgenutzten Handtücher, Bademäntel und der "Wellness Bereich" sind in keinem guten Zustand. Die Dame des Hauses stellt die Angestellten vor Gästen bloß und zur Weihnachtszeit war auch null Programm zum Beispiel für Kinder geboten. Auch sonst wird es bei der Organisation der Unternehmungen sowohl mit Tips als auch mit adäquater Beratung nichts. Aber ich möchte sagen was mich sehr getroffen hat war der Kommentar der Chefin am vorletzten Tag. Ich hörte zufällig wie sie im back Office mit dem Personal über Medikamente aus dem Zimmern des Gastes und auch meines urteile (verrückt etc) gesprochen hat. Das fand ich sehr verletzend und ich habe lange Zeit nachgedacht über das Thema zu berichten. Aber ich denke die Gäste haben ein recht zu wissen wie man geschätzt oder eben beurteilt wird.
Die Chefin sollte öfters mal verreisen in 4 Sterne Häuser, auch dort in der Nähe, und vergleichen ob ihr Haus mit 4 Sterne korrekt bewertet ist.

Malebný Hochkoning
Pros:

Ubytování bylo přesně podle popisu, krásný balkón s posezením. Koupelna je malá ale na krátký pobyt to vydržíte. K pobytu jsme dostali Hochkonig card a kartu mobility na dopravu, kterou jsme ale nevyužili. Hochkonig kartu jsme využili na lanovky v okolí je jich 6, ale pozor nejezdí každý den. Měli jsme polopenzi a večeře byli úžasné, vybírali jste si ze tří jídel, bylo to výborné a odcházeli jsme přecpaní. K večeři se jako všude v Rakousku nápoje platí, aperol za 7,50 a pivo za 5,50 euro. Měli jsme stálý stůl u kterého jsme vždy seděli. Okolí je malebné, večerní procházky po vesnici jsou velmi inspirující. Parkování u hotelu bezproblémové, vždy bylo volné místo. Můžete se jít koupat do sousedního hotelu do bazénu, byli jsme jednou a nám to asi nevyhovuje , přecházet. Bazén byl ale teplý a i poměrně větší. Hotel můžeme jen doporučit.

Cons:

Nic nenajdu, jen není minibar ani konvice.

Toller Kurzurlaub und super Ausgangspunkt für Motorradtouren
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ruhig und gut erreichbar in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Der Ausblick von unserer Zimmerterrasse auf den Hochkönig war traumhaft 🤩 Personal nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war super und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Betten waren gemütlich und alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Pros:

The room and the bathroom , although a bit small, was very clean.
The food served during dinner was of a high quality and very well prepared. Maija , who serves breakfast and dinner is a star ! A very big thank you for her friendly service.
A family owned and well run hotel and overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Cons:

The breakfast was fairly spartan and more attention should be given to the presentation/ display of the food . Eggs and bacon most mornings either finished or hard/cold.
No fridge, kettle available in the room.

We are impressed with the hospitality coffered by the owners of the guest house, very friendly and fine hoteliers, the food served was extraordinary at gourmet level, high variety, top choice fresh vegetables and fruits daily, fantastic quality of the offered meat and fish meals. We were surprised to taste every next day better and better food quality and we’re looking forward to the next day to again taste something extraordinary! I can only highly recommend this property as the best value for money Our family experienced. In addition the ski area was also nice: offering options for advanced and beginner skiers, no queuing, very well maintained slopes even in season when snow was not profuse, large amount of the slopes are with north exposure which keeps them stiff even in sunny warm days. As an experienced skier we would raise our skiing holiday in the 1 st week of Mar one of the best so far.

Cons:

I would recommend the sheets to get changed in case of a stay longer than 5 days

Nice location but needs some cleaning
Pros:

Very nice view, very polite staff who speaks English, good location, room was quite big, very strong water pressure in the shower

Cons:

There was funny smell in the room seems like the carpets should have been dry cleaned 10 years ago, sound insulation is not very good as you can hear neighbors taking shower, very slow service at dinner even though you preorder your food, we spent 2 hours at the restaurant and 1,5 hours were just sitting and waiting for our food
