Pros:

ホテルのフロントの従業員に、夕食で近くのリーズナブルで美味しい居酒屋がないかを尋ねたら、観光地＆飲食店のカモンワーフより、従業員同士でも行く居酒屋を紹介していただき、満足しました。
また、当初はホテルの朝食なしで予約したが、夕食のことや翌日の雨天が見込まれたので、従業員に和朝食を勧められていただき、これも満足しました。

Cons:

バスルームに洗い場があるため、床マットを敷くと濡れてしまうので、たとえば扉の外に段差のある踏み台を置いていただき、そこに床マットを敷くようにしてもらうと助かりますね。

又利用したいホテルです
Pros:

部屋の間取り
トイレとバスがメインの部屋と離れていて、入り口とメインの部屋までが二重扉になっていたので、廊下の音も気にならなかったです

Cons:

初めての利用だったので、
チェックイン時に部屋に対してエレベーターの位置の説明が無かった為、改めて聞いた後部屋番号を再度伝えてそれから近いエレベーターを教えて頂いただきました。二度手間になったかと思います。

ロケーションが良かった。景色が綺麗だった。

Cons:

朝食は時間がかかりすぎ。次の目的地への列車などで急いでいる客もいるので、バイキングの方が便利で早い。内容も丁寧にサービスするわりに今一つで残念だった。特にスープが味がなくぬるかった。最後に出てきたメインの卵料理もすっかり冷めていた。それならば、バイキングにして必要な客にだけ、目の前で目玉焼きやオムレツを作ってくれる方がずっと美味しい。
全体的に見た目や格式？の方を重んじ、内容がともなわない気がして残念だった。

Pros:

全てにおいてレベル高く満足感高いと感じています。

Cons:

残念だったのは海側部屋のガラス面が拭き残しで曇っていた事です。景色が良いだけにガラス面の曇りか目立ちました。
