Pros:

Proximité des pistes.

Cons:

Dated hotel, offering little value, bland food, uncomfortable social areas, distracted staff
Pros:

The location was closed to the slopes
The Spa area was more than some other hotels have locally (though with limited times for a family that aren't made clear on their website).
The breakfast is decent

Cons:

After payment had been taken for the room, we were emailed to tell us that our room no longer had a mountain view. I understand this is beyond their control due to building work going on in the resort and couldn't be changed, but it had started more than a year before, so the room was sold to us wrongly. I understand this happens, that's fine, but an apology wouldn't have gone a miss as we had paid a premium for this room. There was nothing.

On arrival the reception desk wasn't a friendly experience. Functional, but considering there are 3 receptionists just sitting there, one on their phone, the other having a private phone call and the one dealing with you looking like they wanted to get back to their conversation with the other.

The room at best is functional. It has had a bit of a modernisation from a 70's hotel, by adding a few printed images and an attempt at wood hiding some old pipework, however the room does look dated and the layout not particularly functional. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, was filthy and hanging out the ceiling. So whatever humidly or smells in the bathroom lingered throughout the whole room.

The walk-in wardrobe area we initially thought was a nice feature, however we soon realised that it was quite unusable. The design is useless for a family to put away luggage. We ended up using a hybrid of our case & wardrobe. The lighting in the wardrobe is useless. It is dingy and when you stand getting something you are in front of the light so you cannot see your clothes when you are in there. The lighting throughout the room is dingy.

You cannot control the temp in the room, so you have to open the doors to the french balcony, which then lets the noise from below in, which isn't particularly great during the night, when the pubs/clubs kick out at 2 - 4am.

Broken parts in the spa area sat around all week.

Pros:

Un hôtel situé à 5 minutes à pied des remontées mécaniques, avec des consignes pour le matériel de ski, de la place pour ranger les affaires de ski encombrantes dans la chambre. Le buffet de la demi pension est très bien.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant comme l'hôtel est au coeur d'une station animée.
