The best hotel experience in Andorra so far.
Pros:

The general aspect of the hotel, the facilities, the food, the proximity to the slopes.

Cons:

Although I did like practically everything, I think that the breakfast could be improved. A more generous variety of cheese and vegan options as well (vegetal yoghurt and soy products) would represent a nice addition to the current palette.

Not worth for a 4* hotel
Pros:

We were warmly welcomed by Augusto, he was very kind in assisting us with the parking and finding our way through the hotel.

Cons:

My friend and I recently stayed at this 4* hotel and unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing.

Room:
The room lacked basic amenities, such as conditioner in the bathroom and even a complimentary bottle of water. The temperature could not be adjusted, making the room uncomfortably warm at all times. Because of the heat there was also significant noise disturbance from both a nearby construction site and people outside, since we had to sleep with the window open. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and the room was not cleaned properly during our stay. Additionally, the hairdryer was very weak and not practical to use.

Location:
The hotel is not located directly on the slopes how described on booking, which may be inconvenient for those planning to ski. You had to walk on the street and up the stairs to reach the slopes. The big building which has been build in front of the hotel blocks the total view and direct Accés to the slopes.

Staff & Breakfast:
The breakfast experience was particularly disappointing. The staff were unfriendly, often chatting and laughing among themselves rather than paying attention to guests. They were even seen eating during working hours. The breakfast buffet was cleared about 30 minutes before closing time and was not regularly replenished. Staff did not greet guests, either at breakfast or at the reception. The quality of the food was also very poor — mostly frozen products, not fresh, and lacking in taste.

Spa:
There were no towels provided at the spa, so guests are expected to bring towels from their rooms. The spa area was also very crowded, especially with children, which made it less relaxing.

Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations in terms of comfort, service, or quality. We would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made also because of the quality-price ratio.

An amazing weekend of ski and spa!
Pros:

We loved this hotel! Rooms very comfy, even a little changing area, comfy beds. Breakfast and dinner were very thorough and good food. We even had a sushi chef one day! Everything from paella, meats, veegtarian, fresh fish, pasta etc, salad bar, ice crem bar etc.
The spa is a little gem too, huge jacuzzi pool amd sauan/steam rooms, just what you need after a day of ski!
Location is a 2 min walk to the main lifts and they have lockers.
The best was also the staff! Couldn't do enough for you.
Definitely will return!
