If you’re in the area stay at this hotel. Wonderful staff
Pros:

Beautiful flowers on the windows, old wood, Austrian decorations. Car park right across street. The dinner and breakfast were outstanding. 23 euros each for dinner with free alcoholic or non alcoholic drink, salad bar, soup, meal and then a dessert.

Cons:

No air conditioning, but I knew this before going. We had two doors open to our balcony that faced the Kriml Wasserfalle and we opened both at night to let the cool air inside the room.

Für die Krimmler Wasserfälle perfekt mit Schwächen bei der Hygiene
Pros:

Der Empfang im Hotel war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns über ein Zimmerupgrade gefreut. Auch das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren gut. Preislich war der Aufenthalt insgesamt günstig, da das Essen, Getränke und der Eintritt für die Wasserfälle bereits inkludiert waren. Der Wellnessbereich ist zudem sehr schön gestaltet, wenn auch etwas klein.

Cons:

Der Seifenspender in der Dusche war defekt. Es waren sehr viele Hunde im Hotel, besonders im Restaurantbereich (fast wie im Tierheim), was wir als störend empfunden haben. Besonders unhygienisch fanden wir, dass der Kellner die Hunde gestreichelt hat, ob er danach seine Hände gewaschen hat?

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter les chutes de Krimml. Parking juste à côté et gratuit. Accueil très sympathique et personnel très agréable. Espaces enfants superbes (animaux, place de jeux). Et piscine naturelle qui est entourée d’un superbe espace vert et aménagé. Elle n’est pas assez mise en avant sur le descriptif de l’hôtel !

Cons:

Les lits un peu durs et la décoration un peu rustique de la chambre mais c’est une affaire de goût.

Exceptionnel en tous points
Pros:

Tout, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, l'emplacement, la qualité de la nourriture, établiqselent aux pieds des cascades, la piscine et l'aménagement des extérieurs, le très bon rapport qualité/prix et le petit plus une carte d'accès gratuite pour les cascades.
