Nem volt rossz, de többször nem foglalnék ide.
Pros:

A szobák és a közösségi terek tiszták voltak, a szállásának jó az elhelyezkedése illetve ár-érték arányban megfelelő. A személyzet többsége kedves és mosolygós.

Cons:

Nagyon meleg volt a szobában, csak akkor lehetett bekapcsolni a klímát amikor a szobában tartózkodtunk. Rögtön az étterem mellett volt a szobánk ezért a késő esti ricsajtól nem lehetett aludni, majd reggel 6 óra magasságban elkezdték a közösségi tér takarítását takarító géppel illetve a székeket asztalokat elmozgatták, úgy hogy a padlón húzogattak természetesen ez is zajt csapott tehát nem lehetett tőle aludni. Örültem volna hogy ha a nyaralás során nem kell külső tényező miatt felriadni ilyen korán, ugyanis egy évben egyszer jutok el egy hosszú hétre nyaralni az év többi részében munka miatt korán kell kelnem. Nem volt se tusfürdő, se testápoló, se hajsampon. Ezeket mind venni kellett. Illetve a fürdőszoba nagyon pici volt.

Clean Rooms, Friendly Staff, Great Value and Convenient Location!
Pros:

First and foremost, excellent value for money. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners (all-inclusive) were enjoyable, even though the menu is somewhat repetitive. However, there is a good variety at the buffet, so everyone should find something they like, including children—pizza and fries are usually available daily. Drinks in the all-inclusive option are self-served from a tap. Strong alcoholic drinks are not included but are available for an extra charge; local beer as well as white and rosé wine are included.

The rooms are quite spacious, have a small fridge, and are cleaned regularly. Each room has a fairly large TV, which makes it nice to watch from the bed (currently, Polish TV channels are only music channels). The pools are clean, and finding a spot isn’t a problem, at least in October (sunbeds and umbrellas are included). The beach is just across the street, about a 4-minute walk from the hotel. During the high season, parking right in front of the building might be difficult (reservations are likely not possible).

The staff at the reception and restaurant are very friendly. The location is great for those who want to explore the island—distances are reasonable both to Kissamos (ferries/boats to the lagoon) and in the other direction, to Heraklion or the mountains (observatory at 1,700 m above sea level).

Cons:

There is no exercise room available - a small gym with just 2–3 multifunction machines and a treadmill would be sufficient. Ideally, there would also be an option to reserve a parking spot. Beach and pool towels are available for rent, but with a non-refundable fee (likely to cover laundry costs).
