Il Rethymno Village potrebbe avere tranquillamente 4 stelle. E grazie di cuore a tutto il personale.
Pros:

La colazione è davvero eccellente e può soddisfare sia gli amanti del dolce che del salato. Il buffet è molto ricco, i prodotti sono freschi, non confezionati ed il personale è sempre pronto a provvedere ad ogni necessità con estrema gentilezza e professionalità. Oltre alla bella ed attrezzata piscina, chi ama il mare può approfittare della vicina spiaggia (a circa 150 metri). A pochi passi c'è la fermata del bus (nr. 20) con cadenza frequente per la suggestiva Rethymno.

Cons:

Se proprio vogliamo trovare un neo, la porta della camera era un pò datata, e leggermente scrostata nella parte inferiore, da cui penetrava un pò di luce di notte. Ma ciò non ha comportato alcun problema e torneremmo comunque volentieri anche in questa stanza.

Μπράβο σε όλο το προσωπικό για το χαμόγελο και τον επαγγελματισμό που διαθέτουν.. Ένα Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο.. Σε Όλους Τους Τομείς Και Τις Ειδικότητες.. Να Τονίσω εδώ το εξαιρετικά σε ποιότητα φαγητό και νόστιμο.. Τις πολλές επιλογές που υπάρχουν.. Μπράβο σας και συνεχίστε έτσι.. Να προσφέρετε την ποιότητα ,τον επαγγελματισμό, και την υπευθυνότητα που απαιτούνται σε αυτούς τους δύσκολους καιρούς...

Czystość i dbałość o higienę, miła obsługa.

Cons:

Brak pralni, placu zabaw dla dzieci(był pokój gamingowy-jednka wszystkie sprzęty były dodatkowo płatne. W ofercie jak i na planie hotelowym był zapis o możliwości zamówienia śniadania przed wyjazdem np. na lotnisko o wcześniejszej godzinie. Niestety obiekt nie spełnił tego zapisu. Na pytanie o możliwość zapakowania jedzenia, o którym była mowa obsługa rozłożyła ręce i zaproponowała jedzenie na miejscu, gdzie na to nie starczyło już czasu. Ubogi bar przekąsek i serwowanych napojów.

Pros:

Nice pool area. All inclusive had different food different days. Staff were very kind, specially front desk who let us check in early, and offered lunch after check out. Good value for money.

Cons:

Lightly outdated rooms. But didnt disturb us.

Buena estancia en Creta
Pros:

Nuestra estancia en Creta fue maravillosa. El hotel te permite disfrutar de una experiencia de comodidad, comida aceptable, buen servicio, buenas habitaciones, muy rica la piscina y muy cercano al mar.
El personal del hotel es muy amable y se preocupan porque te mantengas cómodo y estés bien. Los parqueaderos son confiables y en términos generales todo funciona muy bien. Natasha en la cena, la encargada del asado, fue muy amable con nosotros.

Cons:

El hotel es bastante retirado del aeropuerto y de prácticamente todo en Creta, aunque todo es lejos en Creta.
Pueden mejorar algunas preparaciones de la comida y ofrecer ingredientes de mejor calidad.
Otro tema que podrían mejorar es que en el segundo piso, cerca a nuestra habitación, había un olor constante a cañería, no se metía a la habitación, pero era un poco incómodo. También podrían acondicionar los baños con jabón y champú.
Sencillas cosas para mejorar y hacer de esta estancia algo inolvidable.

All inclusive abordable et confortable
Pros:

Chambre confortables , repas simples mais corrects, belles piscines.
Personnel souriant et très attentionné, surtout les dames de la restauration.
Très bon rapport qualité prix en octobre.
