En lineas generales muy bien si no tienes pensado como cita romantica.
Pros:

Nos gusto mucho el trato del personal, el desayuno personalizado y su ubicación.

Cons:

La habitación, sobretodo, el baño necesita una reforma. Se veía muy antiguo y medio roto.

Pros:

Es un pequeño hotel regentado por una pareja joven y todo desde el desayuno super amplio , abundante y rico el hotel la ubicación al lado del Funicamp, de tiendas de alquiler de material como Sports Everest, fácil aparcamiento.

Great stay
Pros:

Great location just 50 meters from the ski lift, which couldn’t have been more convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We chose the breakfast and dinner option, and the food was delicious — exactly what we needed after a long day of skiing. We also used the sauna, which was a great bonus. Highly recommended!

Its closed dont book this place .
Pros:

The property was closed for renovations. We were however able to book it. We did get a email telling us that it was closed in the morning but we were walking and without phone reception. We had to find out if it was closed no answer by phone.

Disappointing
Cons:

I've booked the room long before coming. When I arrived, the hotel was closed with a note on the door that it is under renovation. I tried to contact the hotel via phone, but since no one picked up, we had to start looking for another hotel. In the meantime someone returned a call saying that they supposedly sent an information to me that since the hotel is closed I should check in in the hotel across the street, which was booked for me. We did that and the personel in another hotel was really friendly and helpful. I checked later and no message about this change arrived before to my mail or booking, so even though they resolved the problem it's a shame that we lost an hour walking around, stressing. Thanks to Shusski our day got a bit better.

For a weekend of skiing, nice hotel, only 5 minutes walking to the funicular to the slopes.
Pros:

Everything was fine and the location to the ski hill was very convenient. The owners were nice although in the morning, it was a disaster to try and get some breakfast. Not a major deal and we would return.

Exceptional
Pros:

We stayed at the Hotel Arbre De Neu from February 3 to 12, 2025. We were very pleased. It is located 2 minutes from the Funicampus ski lift. The rooms have everything you need (disposable toothbrushes, razor, toothpaste, gel, shampoo.) There are rooms with and without balconies. The room is cleaned every day, bed linen and bath linens are changed every 3 or 4 days (I don't remember exactly). Very clean and warm. The Internet works great. There is a locker for storing skis. Separately, I must say about the owner and the staff of the hotel - they are incredibly friendly people, ready to fulfill all your wishes and requests. On the first floor of the hotel there is a cafe where you can eat or just have a cup of coffee. Thanks to Stefan, Heloise and all the hotel staff.
