Outstanding value for money!
Pros:

Close to the lifts and everything. My room and bathroom was spacious, in excellent condition and with very comfortable beds. Good food in the restaurant (not Micheline-starred but large selection and very filling), ski locker (not heated) and PC-size room safe available for €10 deposit each. Very quite at night. Bus stop to Andorra-la-Vella at 30 sec walk. Very helpful staff. I had 3 different reservations for my stay and they managed to keep me in the same room. I will return!

Cons:

Intermittent Wi-Fi, sometimes good speed, sometimes not working at all, and you need to log in at least 2 times a day. Limited storage space.

Quisiera compartir con ustedes algunos puntos de mi reciente estancia que creo que podrían mejorar significativamente la experiencia del huésped.

En primer lugar, como profesional que trabaja viajando por el mundo, la conectividad es vital. Lamentablemente, encontré que **la tecnología del hotel está obsoleta y el internet es débil e inestable**, con desconexiones frecuentes. Para quienes trabajamos con portátiles online, es fundamental contar con una red con potencia y estabilidad. Incluso sugeriría ofrecer una conexión "premium" de pago si eso garantizara una calidad profesional, ya que la actual dificulta mucho el flujo de trabajo.

Por otro lado, el descanso es clave y **los colchones deberían tener una calidad superior**. Existen muchas marcas en el mercado con precios competitivos para el sector hotelero; renovarlos marcaría una gran diferencia en el confort.

Finalmente, la zona de baño necesita una actualización. **La grifería de la ducha y el mobiliario general del baño se sienten antiguos.** Sería muy positivo renovar los elementos y optar por platos de ducha o bañeras con un diseño más actual y funcional.

Espero que tomen estas críticas como algo constructivo para elevar el estándar de sus instalaciones.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio para esquiar.
Pros:

Desayuno y cenas básicos pero completos, sin lujos pero buenos.
A 5' del telecabina de Soldeu.
Camas cómodas.

Cons:

Pocas plazas de parking y el primero en llegar es el primero en llevársela. Hay un parking de la ORA justo al lado, pero puede que esté lleno también. El parking del telecabina está cerca también.

Friendly receptionist. Good location, 5 minutes' walk to the ski lift. Excellent, delicious dinner. Clean room. The lack of parking isn't a negative, as there's public indoor parking 5 minutes away with an elevator to the ski lift and ticket office. We'll definitely return to this hotel. All 10/10
