Strange man was on my floor, I asked is he living here, he said no and he wait his friend. I asked from which apartment his friend he said that he don’t know yet. I said him to wait outside and he gone. Then I so him from window and was looking to windows too! Later some 2 women was screaming to him something like go away, and he answered some not good words to them. That was weird. After around 30 min I decided to smoke before sleeping and when I go outside I saw him again near the car. When he saw me he hide. I felt not safe actually.

The internet speed almost didn't exist, I couldn't book because as I tried to explain to the landlord, even the router is in the studio, important is the quality of the I turned, means the speed.

Parkplätze nur an der Straße. Rezeption ist 800m entfernt. Das enthaltene Frühstück ist ein Witz . 4 Scheiben Toastbrot mit 10g Butter und Marmelade sowie ein kleines Tetrapack O-Saft. Was soll das ? Sowas als Frühstück zu bezeichnen ist eine Frechheit. Wir waren in diesem Punkt mehr als unzufrieden. So etwas sollte bei der Hotel suche nicht erscheinen !

L'esperienza è stata MOLTO negativa. La peggiore che io abbia mai avuto in tanti viaggi. Prima di tutto, la totale SCORTESIA e maleducazione con cui siamo stati accolti. Poi appartamento sporchissimo!
Partiamo dal fatto che la nostra situazione era complicata, perché il mio compagno di viaggio si è rotto un piede prima di partire per il viaggio, quindi non avendo la cancellazione siamo partiti comunque. Ho segnalato alla struttura la nostra situazione, chiedendo un check-in anticipato PIÚ VOLTE per il quale non ho MAI NEANCHE RICEVUTO RISPOSTA. Bastava un semplice "no" con spiegazione della motivazione, invece niente. Comunicazione con la struttura molto complicata. Arriviamo alla struttura alle 8.30 del mattino, per chiedere informazioni e lasciare almeno le valigie, visto che giravamo faticosamente con stampelle e sedia a rotelle.
Quando ho suonato al campanello, sono stata trattata con una maleducazione mai sperimentata, il signore ha esclamato "ma sono le 8.30 del mattino, porca pu**ana!", pensando che forse noi non capissimo il francese. Ho dovuto insistere anche per lasciare semplicemente le valigie, lamentandomi del fatto che la comunicazione con la struttura fosse stata impossibile e complicata, ma mi è stato detto da questo signore nervoso e scortese che non era compito suo occuparsi della comunicazione. Quindi, in poche parole, non sapevo con chi potermi lamentare. Tra l'altro, c'era un cliente con un piede rotto e neanche ci ha offerto di sederci o dato aiuto o consigli su come muoverci con i mezzi, zero comprensione. Ci ha detto di tornare alle 14.
