Pros:

El lugar visualmente es lindo y la cama era comoda.

Cons:

Lamentablemente tuvimos una mala experiencia. Llegamos y la persona de recepción apenas nos dirigió la palabra para lo justo y necesario (trabajo de lo mismo asi que sé que se le puede poner un poco mas de onda). Reserve por booking y me cobraron más de lo que decia la app. Le avise que íbamos a entrar el auto (pagamos habitación con cochera) y tuve que volver a bajarme para pedir que me abriera el portón porque no me había prestado atención. La habitación era comoda, sobre todo la cama, pero tenía un olor a humedad impresionante, el baño daba miedo, los cables del secador de pelo estaban pelados, la bañera resbalaba muchísimo (una alfombra se agradecería), además la bacha perdía agua y el papel higiénico se desarmaba con solo mirarlo. Como si eso fuese poco se corto la luz TRES veces de noche lo que hacía que la tarjeta qué enciende todo haga ruido junto con la cerradura y el aire acondicionado, o sea no pudimos dormir casi nada sabiendo que debíamos viajar al otro dia. Entiendo que no estoy pagando un 5 estrellas pero tampoco sé si llega a 3 como dice serlo. Lo único rescatable fue la señora que nos atendió en el desayuno que fue super amable y la comida estaba rica.

me gusta no es la primera vez que voy pero tendrían que poner más atención en la limpieza en general
Pros:

la habitación que nos dieron primeramente estaba todo desordenado las toallas tiradas y mojadas pero inmediatamente no cambiaron de habitación pero en esa habitación era la cama más chica y la tiene nunca se podía aprender

Esteban, el conserje de la mañana. Muy amable, muy predispuesto.

Instalación sin mantenimiento. Gaspar, conserje de la tarde - noche, cero amabilidad, cero actitud.
