Lovely holiday
Pros:

Tom & John was perfect, close to beach and plenty of bars and restaurants.

Eva and Yiannis were brilliant, so friendly and helpful. Pool spotlessly clean(lovely couple), food and drink was excellent, good value for money and great choice, would highly recommend.

Cons:

meglio non notare i dettagli, doccia molto stretta, in alcuni punti della casa parti mancanti di battiscopa, frigorifero rumorosissimo tanto che la notte eravamo costretti a spegnerlo. Dalla strada di fianco essendo in una zona centrale si sentono schiamazzi e rumori dei veicoli in transito. Finestre poco efficaci per il discorso rumore.

L’emplacement, la piscine, la personne à la réception.

Cons:

Le type du bar, qui exige qu’on prenne à boire, alors qu’on veut juste aller à la piscine. Très antipathique.

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Conte and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Every member of staff was outstanding, from the gentleman who served breakfast each morning to the attentive waiters, who were always friendly and welcoming. The level of hospitality and genuine care shown by everyone made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

We would also like to thank the concierge team, who were always welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. They were happy to assist with every request and always greeted us with a smile, making our stay seamless, relaxing, and truly enjoyable.

A special thank you to Vikas, who truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. He couldn’t do enough for us, from organising our boat transfers to and from the airport to booking taxis, and he was always on hand to check if we needed anything. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and his exceptional service made our trip even more enjoyable.

Vikas is a real asset to Hotel Conte, and together with the fantastic concierge team and all the staff, they made our stay truly memorable. We would highly recommend Hotel Conte and look forward to returning in the future.

Great place, we keep going back
Pros:

We had the room above the shop, stunning view of the sea and beach road. Air con worked great and was nice and quiet.
Ideally located, 2 mins slow walk to the beach and a few minutes the other way for the center. Nice cobbled street. Pool bar over the road, nice snacks and drinks.
Our 6th year of visiting tsvilli and our 2nd time at tom & johns. This could have been the 4th time but covid years had us cancelled twice.
We will be back next year!

Cons:

I didnt like having to come home back to Bolton. I think I could have done another week. Ay well. Until next year 😀 goodbye and thank you for the memories

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The hotel is in an excellent location with plenty of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby. Highly recommended!

Posizione in primis,staff molto gentili e disponibili in particolare Ioanna con la sua cordialità.

Cons:

Alcune cose che potrebbero migliorare,tipo TV non satellitare,poca attrezzatura in cucina e doccia scomoda con la tenda ,nel complesso e andata bene.

Could be a great place to stay
Pros:

Very kind and super helpful staff with outstanding kindness (11/10 :), excellent location just a few minutes from the beach. Also really good restaurants and shops all around the apartment.

The description in the offer is quite misleading: "
Offering Ionian Sea views from its terrace, this spacious, ground-floor apartment..." In reality the ground floor apt does not offer any kind of sea view, terrace is facing a small garden that is also being used by people from neighbour shop who you can greet while drinking your morning cofee. Behind the fence the street is a bit noisy, altough there are green bushes for visual privacy. This would be still acceptable, but the biggest concern with the flat is its condition. The house might have problems with its ground moisture insulation, resulting a strange smell of mould, especially in the kitchen cabinet and some of the walls. Owners are probably aware of this problem as we found anti-moisture gels placed everywhere but the problem was still very sensible. Also there are problems with insects, especially small ants that kept entering the apartment and happened to be everywhere on the floor despite cleaning staff did their best to keep everything clean and they also applied chemicals to get rid of them. Bathroom could be in a better condition, too. We still have spent a good vacation here but these things need to be treated in my opinion.

Lovely place, would definitely stay again
Pros:

Property was in excellent location, close to beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The pool bar across road was lovely and reasonably priced.

Cons:

Not a major issue but double bed was not the comfiest. Single beds u other bedroom were lovely.

Cons:

Our apartment was advertised in booking.com as having sea views from the terrace. The facilities also said sea view.
Apartments did not have a sea view and this description needs to be changed.
