Logement très bien situé à 100m de la plage et 1km du port. Logements très agréables, site également avec joli jardin où il fait bon se reposer, petit déjeuner délicieux. Hôtes très sympathiques qui ont pris soin aussi de notre transfert du et vers le port en début et fin de séjour.

Comfortable, super organised and luxurious rooms offering all amenities, 1 minute away from a wonderful beach. Great breakfast in an air conditioned area. Reasonable prices and very helpful staff. Dorkas Rooms made our vacation unforgetable! Totally recommended :)

Sehr nettes, kleines familiengeführtes Hotel, mein Zimmer mit Balkon war neu und modern eingerichtet, die Klimaanlage funktionierte hervorragend so dass entspanntes Schlafen auf super Matraze und perfekte Erholung garantiert war. Tollster Sandstrand mit kristallklarem Wasser 3 minuten entfernt, nette Beachbar auch mit super Snacks.
Der kleine Hafen mit vielen Terrassenrestaurants bietet Abwechslung, ein bisschen Urlaubsfeeling und ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss gut erreichbar.
Dank Dorkas/Angeliki habe ich eine superschöne, wirklich entspannte Urlaubswoche erleben dürfen, ohne Touristenstress, richtig urtypisch Griechenland! Kann es zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

From the very beginning, everything was handled in a smooth and organized way. We really appreciated being able to choose whether we wanted breakfast, along with arranging the transfer to the port at the exact time that suited us. These small details made everything feel effortless.
The room was modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean, while the atmosphere throughout the property was calm and welcoming.

L'hôtel est élégant sans être ostentatoire. Tout était impeccablement propre, les espaces communs étaient très agréables et l'atmosphère générale était calme et reposante. Nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir.

Traveling with children can sometimes be challenging, but everything here made it so much easier. It was clear that families had been carefully considered in every detail, from the room setup to the breakfast area.
Our kids were especially happy to find activities waiting for them during breakfast, which gave us the chance to enjoy our meal and coffee at a relaxed pace. Small touches like these made a big difference.

Bellissima struttura, in posizione molto comoda. Staff e titolare gentilissimi e disponibili. Ottima la colazione al mattina, assistiti da uno staff di sala davvero piacevole e cordiale. Ogni richiesta e assistenza è stata veloce e cordiale. La bellissima spiaggia di Livadakia è molto vicina e raggiungibile a piedi. Parcheggio disponibile all'interno della struttura. Siamo stati davvero bene e consigliamo certamente questa bella struttura ai viaggiatori di Serifos.

We really enjoyed our time here. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a day by the sea. The location was convenient and everything felt peaceful.
One of our favorite spots was the breakfast lounge. It was bright and inviting, and after breakfast it was the perfect place to enjoy another cup of coffee or pick up a book from the small library. It became an especially cozy retreat on the windier days.
The staff were always friendly and happy to help with recommendations around the island. Everything was well organized, and the warm atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable. We left with wonderful memories.

Hotel ima mirnu atmosferu koja omogućuje potpuno opuštanje i odmor. Soba je bila udobna, doručak svjež i ukusan, a osoblje uvijek ljubazno i pristupačno. Otišli smo s izvrsnim dojmovima.

Camere riordinate e pulite ogni giorno.
Al nostro arrivo sono stati molto graditi dei pensieri regalati ai bambini e a noi adulti.
Graditissimo dai nostri figli il giardino dotato di altalene e tappeto elastico.

The property is beautifully maintained and has a welcoming feel. Every area was spotless, and the room had everything we needed. The recommendations we received for beaches and local restaurants turned out to be excellent.

The atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming, making it easy to settle in right away. Everything was well organized, and the staff were always approachable and helpful.

Lovely accommodation in a fantastic location 1 minute from the beach. Super clean rooms with a balcony with sea view. Nice breakfast and 5 minutes walk from little town and port with lots of eating options. No charge for sunbeds as long as you buy a drink from the beach bar/restaurant. Would absolutely recommend this accommodation.
